looked like a lot of construction going on around this location. to which I understand the employee of the location was not happy I was dropping it off.

Nice truck everything went great
Michael KNot Parker and Co, but Uhaul over charged me. Lady from Uhaul called me yesterday from a Huntsville number and asked if I had picked up the trailer. Told her yes. Then was charged $38 and some change. The bill was supposed to be $31 and some change. Why was I charged the extra money? I have rented the same size trailer several times and it always costs the same.

Blake KNever even saw anyone at the location. My reservation was 9:00am and nobody would come to the door or even answer the phone. Nobody came out when I dropped off either. I will never go back to that locarion.

Shane BTook me over a week to get the billing straightened out. This particular location never answers the phone. Uhaul customer service was 5 star though. I'm still a loyal customer. Thank you customer service team!
