I had selected location the one that was closer to my place near the temple 120th street, surrey bc. And did modifications couple of time and i did know already that due to nobody's gonna be there at that place we have to select mobile pickup for 13th april 2023 and got my confirmation. Then on the 12th april i got a call from uhaul and i was speaking with kuldip and she told me this location is closed and found me different location which was far from me and she wanted me to confirm that but i told her that i have to think about it and I actually wanted to cancel it. But then she called me back and said that it's only 3km more and said that we'll cover it for you and dumb me said ok without even checking the miles difference. Once we get there we realised that its more than that because we had to go there to pick it up and drop it off there as well so its double. I did got $5 covered but I feel like that was not enough. That was really bad experience, i would have cancelled it if i knew it before and find alternates. Just dont show something online thats not available. It's misleading your customers.

If they can ask the customer whether they have done the inspection just here to grab the keys or it's in store assistance they have chosen, saves a lot of time, I had to wait a lot to get keys, as the cashier told me that they will give me the keys once that computers is free, maybe they thought that I selected in store assistance, based on what most people do, and I don't blame her, and when she checked the computer everything was already done by me before. It would have saved me a lot of time honestly, but any ways overall experience was good, as everything else after that went smooth. And there was a little bit of dust and litter inside that cargo area, I also I found a quarter coin in there too藍. Thanks please don't blame anything on the cashier they just need improvement that's all.

To start, the location was difficult to find. There was no signage for U-Haul or "parkland food market" as they call themselves. The truck was parked in a mud patch, obviously due to that it was dirty inside!! It had very clearly not been clean. They sent me to find the truck, it was parked behind other trucks so they had to come out and move a bunch of stuff around. Horribly disorganized.

Employee had trouble with the payment equipment and the hooking up the trailer. The trailer needed oil on the large screw knob to attach to the ball. Upon return 3 hours later we put the trailer back where it was but we're told to move it to a tight spot. I had phoned the general number to find out which location had the trailer we needed and was told that was the only location. I was surprised because I have rented that trailer in Langley previously and where I was sent was out of my way

Good extended night hours for pickup. Parking lot could use a bit of lighting. Would give more repeat business if they start stocking some 4x7 utility trailers.

Yard where trucks were parked was so muddy & wet could have led to accident. while in motion truck felt like had very less power not sure but could be an engine problem just making a guess as i felt like that way …. I Could be wrong but would suggest for maintenance checkup .

Trailer was dirty and the crevices were full of construction debris and not cleaned at all. The taillight cover was also broken and not there. I told the location at the time of pick up that is was dirty and I took a picture as proof. I returned the trailer about 4 hours later and the location did not come and check or inspect anything. I explained the about the construction debris that was not cleaned before I rented the trailer. I was told no problem. I get a call the next morning asking if I was going to return the trailer. I told the guy to look in the yard and that I returned it the night before. Ohhh he said. The location then charged me a $25 cleaning fee and charged my credit card three times. I called the location and sent over the picture that I had taken and it took the location an entire day to get back to me and I am hoping they will have refunded me the $25.00. I had to phone my credit card company to give them the heads up. Not the greatest service and dirty trucks and trailers, you should make the staff take a refreshed course on service. I will be going to another location if I am renting again.

I rented a 26 foot truck to move my 4 bedroom house and to my surprise…. It wasn't available. No one returned it. The person was already late 12 hours when I rented it.. so what happened there? Also I didn't even get a discount

I showed up ten minutes early and was told come back when my reservation was for. I picked up late evening and had to go get the truck from an unlit dirt lot. The truck itself was old, not even power locks, windows. The check engine light was constantly on. When I brought the truck back I was told I would have to wait 15-20 minutes if I wanted an invoice printed. I needed that evening to submit to my office to expense. I specifically asked them if I would owe anything extra based on miles which is why I needed the exact amount on an invoice. He came back from the lot and dinged me $15 for being a hair off the gas line and said that was it. I didn't want to argue so I said let's just go back in and I would pay it. He followed me back in and when I got to the counter he looked confused as to why I was there. He stated they would just run it on the card and email me. I questioned it but got the same response. At this point I was so agitated. That I left. About 5 minutes later I received my receipt via email and was charged almost $80 more for mileage. This was the exact question I asked multiple times. I don't normally complain and do t expect anything from this other than to vent. I use you once or twice annually so it's not a big loss to you but at this point would never recommend and will look at Hone Depot service going forward. I have been in sales and dependant on customer service to maintain my business my whole adult life and cannot say enough how pissed off I am. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

The only thing I didn't like was that I asked for a printed copy of the receipt upon return of the truck and the guy just told me that they emailed it to me. I told him that I received the email but I also wanted a printed copy and he became hesitant to give it to me. Either he didn't know how to print a receipt or he just did not want to do it for me. So customer service, for some, is really lacking

The punjabi Guy with cap was so rude. He doesn't know how to talk to customers. Zero communication skills. Zero customer service skills. I'm never going to use U-HAUL in future, atleast from this location.

The uhall truck is so old it has no front number plate and also it has no reverse camera and no adjustable steering And other everything is ok

I really suggest people to not use U-Haul. They are thinking that customers are fool. They show me fuel tank half at the time when I take. But I just ride 0,5 mile and it's straightforward go down to 1/4. Seriously, and most funny thik is that when I complaint it to staff they said complaint to customer service. When I call customer service they asked me to talk with staff. Whao great. They are asking me to break rules and take photo of fuel tank when it's go down. They are going to pay my ticket ????? WTF. This is my second and last time that I used U-Haul

The location and service was good. But the truck itself was really bad quality. It felt like we had to put lot of pressure to run the truck or to bring it to any speed. The steering wheel was so bad. We literally could move the steering wheel while driving and nothing would happen to the truck. It would still drive straight. Extremely dangerous for us to drive. Very bad experience. It was very difficult to drive and be safe with this quality

So bad experience, i booked the truck at 6pm, I waited 1 hour for truck(wasted my time). I got truck very late that made my moving so late. The owner of the house was yelling at me. It was policy that we get off if we get truck late. I didn't get any off, i called customer support 3 times for first 2 two times i was put on hold, the guys never come back. That was so bad experience.

Read this from the writer's perspective. I pretty much exclusively rent the motorcycle trailer 3 or 4 times a year, usually only hour notice, odd hours. Break-downs and various roadside motorcycle stranding. SO quick/convenient access at odd hours holds the highest value to me and those I assist with their motorcycles. A $16 bike trailer, virtually anytime I need one, whenever I need one without any of the hassles, storage and maintenance of owning my own is beyond exceptional! A true no-brainer. Thanks guys and gals a the Petro-Can! I wish it was out of 10, I would leave a 9. Understand I don't know how much U-Haul actually does maintenance and upkeep on their trailers (bearings) but certain ques catch my eye. I took one star only because of this. Everything else 'U-Haul': is 5 star for me. Not just this rental but overall decade of occasional rentals. Location: the 24/7 Petrol Can also deserves all 5 stars! Again, understand it's a busy gas station / propane service / restaurant / convenient store / U-Haul rental ++. So you have to respect the fact there may be a wait. This is far out-weighed by their much longer hours than what U-Haul advertises, nearly 24/7. My biggest gripe is U-Haul website. Talk about PITA, having so many mouse-clicks saying NO to 6 or 7 separate ancillary sales pages. NO, I don't want to hire movers; NO, I don't need boxes; NO, I don't need tape; NO i don't need a storage unit; NO, I don't want to super-size my fries... OR need any of the other pages of stuff you force us all to click out of trying to sell. I'm in a hurry. It REALLY BOTHERS ME. It not only makes me suspicious of business practices but reduces my trust in the Contract we are agreeing too. It's shady and I deeply suggest you stop.

First of all there should be someone to show the customer vehicle to confirm any prior damage or mess. Nobody show me vehicle, there was a pop cane before i rented. I bought two prime drinks from that place i drink, i threw them. I left the truck with the pop cabe that was before me and they charge me for cleaning fee. U haul or there authorized dealers should confirm the vehicle that is it clean or not. They just give me the vehicle with pop cane and then charge me the money to remove it which I didn't left. Just want to confirm that before handling the vehicle did someone checked the vehicle.
