JONATHAN RU-Haul corporate office and this location did not have updated hours, which caused confusion with my rental location. Because of this I had to made multiple phone calls, and my confidence with my reservation was reduced.

Siaki MWhen I was being helped the guy gave me the wrong truck and I had his boss calling my phone to fux the issue witch I felt was unprofessional I also didn’t get a correct rental agreement so I didn’t have a way of knowing if they were over charging me or not
Felishia MTodd is a champion. They had an issue with the trucks at his location, so he drove me to a nearby location to pick up a truck. He definitely saved the day.
Seth HLove this Van of yours. Great capacity. Easy to drive. Being able to do the paperwork online was a great time saver. Check-in and check-out was easy at Parkrose Hardware, West Linn. It would had been nice to see a note that I had returned it with a quarter more gas than it had when I rented it, and that it was cleaner than before. (This is what my mom taught me to do when borrowing someone's car.) All in all, U-HAUL and Parkrose did well in making my van rental experience a good one.

Robert KThe site is great but we had issues with the website. Unfortunately, we found the online form pre-selects items (1 set of furniture pads, 1 utility dolly) before proceeding to the next page. Even though we selected the top right link for "No thanks, I do not need these items." Nevertheless, they are added. We discovered that these must be changed to 0 and added to the cart to not have them added. Why have these items set to 1 to begin with? And why provide links above and below that are misleadingly worded, "No thanks, I do not need these items" when items are then added? If these links are selected NO items should be added to the cart.
Chris WEquipment, 15 ft truck, was dirty and I was told not to sweep it. It was parked in a location that was cramped with other trucks and had a large truck unloading. I was told to be careful, but no employee stuck around to help navigate. I was charged a fee for gas -later reimbursed because I had receipt and pics of the dash to prove it, but staff onsite were not able to help with this at all, so required a phone call and sending images. There are no dedicated uhaul employees working here, so you wait coming and going to get service. Drop off is behind the store and you have to walk around to the front and then walk to the back of the store, ring the bell 3x wait until no one comes, and then hunt someone down to ask someone to help you, then wait some more....- location was convenient...
Paul SYou need to quote the proper gas level. They told me the gas was at 7/8. When I first got in the truck it was 3/4 full. I returned it to that and still got charged for gas. The truck was full of dirt when I first opened it up. I had to sweep it all out before using. The guy when I returned it had a poor attitude. The guy when I picked it up was great. Though he misquoted the gas level.

Kenneth HIt took a long time to check in. The lot where the trucks are located is a long walk to the Uhaul counter so when there were items missing, it took even longer to walk back into the store and find someone to assist. We ordered items (on the Uhaul site at the time of reservation) to use for the move (furniture pads and a dolly) that were supposed to be in the truck at the time of rental. We had to notify the customer service rep that the furniture pads were missing (after walking back in again) only to find out that they already knew that they were missing and did not tell us in advance. The check out process was lengthy and we were misbilled. We tried to ask for a receipt at the time of checkout and were told that one was not available. We have spoken with Parkrose 5 times and we are still trying to get the billing issue resolved/processed. The staff were nice and well intentioned but it has been a tough experience.
