The truck's battery was dead. Luckily I had a portable battery jumper unit. Each trip (4 times) from my old address to my move in address I had to jump start the truck. I did not have the luxury of time to rely on roadside assistance since I had way too many items to move. The Location was fine, it was the truck that was not maintained in a working order. I am just glad I was able to move what I could in the time that I had with the equipment. I then received a text and an email stating that the equipment was not returned. I called the Uhaul number and I also responded through email that the truck was returned and I even spoke to the owner of the pickup location business. My wife also drove along with me to return the rental trunk and captured the return on the our car's dash camera. I am not sure why this extra worry was put on me. Shows a lot of unprofessionalism.

My uhaul rental experience was great! The online reservation was easy and the truck was ready for me when I arrived at Parkway Auto Body. Most of all the customer service was excellent - thank you Raymond for your professionalism.

Your online check in and check out was a nightmare but your dealer was so helpful ge made the whole thing worth it. Keep up the good work

The van was empty on fuel, the inside of the cab was dirty and had empty water bottles and wrappers in doors and floor and trash in back of the storage box. The drivers sun visor was broken and in the floor, the drivers tire was low on air and kept going flat over night, there was bugs all over the front windshield. I was told the van had a ramp and it did not, the doors leak air and after setting up the rental on the phone so I wouldn't have to wait for the paperwork and when I picked up the van I had to look for someone to help me for ten minutes and when I dropped it off I couldn't find anyone to return the van to. The place was open but not one person was there or didn't answer.it was a waste of money using that van. I'll never use U-Haul rental again. I don't think I should've had to pay for that junk van n bad service. I would not ever recommend using U-Haul to anyone. I still haven't received a invoice to see the charges. But this was a horrible experience.. don't use U-Haul if you need a dependable van and service

That truck had a clunk noise when move forward or backwards glad wasn’t traveling far just 11 miles

The engine light was on and there were no windshield wipers on the truck. The guy at the office was not at the office when I went to pick up. He asked if I could wait 10min I said yes and he came 30 min later. When I dropped off the truck he wasn't there again.

They over priced the rental try to over charge for miles but I took pictures when I left and when I took it back. Try and charge for gas that wasn't in the tank when we got it I use uhaual before my last uhaul I rented drove more miles and paid less never again will I go to this uhaul again they give uahul a bad name looking into buying a big truck so this didn't happen again

That location threw all my belongings away and I need my stuff back they took the truck without my permission and the guy threatened me and made a nasty call

I had to sweep and remove all the rocks from the truck. I also mopped it. I had clean clothes to move so a dirty truck was not going to be good. I even wiped down the walls.

They didn't have the 2 dollies I'd ordered, We finished later than expected Uhaul was closed at 5:00 . I tried to screenshot the info about the mileage & gas from the text he sent when picked it up, but it had expired we had no access to it. The next morning when we returned it we had nothing to check the records, He was supposed to give me a refund for the 2 dollies it wasn't on the receipt. At the time of rental, he refused to print the contract I received via email & it was too small to read. I'll never go there again, Not mention he acted like he didn't want to serve us at all when we got there . We came close to walking away

The dummy locked gate on the busy street was difficult to figure out with a 26' truck to maneuver and protect. Instructions didn't tell us how to access the yard. We discovered the gate wasn't actually locked on our own.

i picked the vehicle up literally on empty it was very stressful finding a gas station near this location that didnt require a uturn in a 26' truck before it stalled out.

Tell them not to use U-Haul, EVER !!! Your system needs an overhaul, A reservation is a reservation, NOT with UHAUL . Very poor customer service and business practice, Will never recommend UHAUL or use again 

Have at least half of tank. Mine was almost empty and I was in a rush so I wasted time fueling right after getting out. + the key kept on getting stuck and at 110 degrees it was not pleasant as it took me long to unlock it and I am truck driver, I know how to do this things. Other person would not be able to unlock steering.

I was kindness disappointed that I reserved a furniture dolly with the u haul on my date pickup and when I'm picking up the u haul and their no furniture dolly for me they only have 1- furniture dolly. Need to provide more furniture dolly . Otherwise everything went will.
