Bad business and they didn't properly for later night will send you receipt must be same day and time get receipt but they do it at night not right. and I look at his place really bad very worse dirty

Catherine WThe engine light was on and there were no windshield wipers on the truck. The guy at the office was not at the office when I went to pick up. He asked if I could wait 10min I said yes and he came 30 min later. When I dropped off the truck he wasn't there again.

MOSES YThey over priced the rental try to over charge for miles but I took pictures when I left and when I took it back. Try and charge for gas that wasn't in the tank when we got it I use uhaual before my last uhaul I rented drove more miles and paid less never again will I go to this uhaul again they give uahul a bad name looking into buying a big truck so this didn't happen again

Sandra JI had to sweep and remove all the rocks from the truck. I also mopped it. I had clean clothes to move so a dirty truck was not going to be good. I even wiped down the walls.
Guadalupe AThey didn't have the 2 dollies I'd ordered, We finished later than expected Uhaul was closed at 5:00 . I tried to screenshot the info about the mileage & gas from the text he sent when picked it up, but it had expired we had no access to it. The next morning when we returned it we had nothing to check the records, He was supposed to give me a refund for the 2 dollies it wasn't on the receipt. At the time of rental, he refused to print the contract I received via email & it was too small to read. I'll never go there again, Not mention he acted like he didn't want to serve us at all when we got there . We came close to walking away

Tyler NThe dummy locked gate on the busy street was difficult to figure out with a 26' truck to maneuver and protect. Instructions didn't tell us how to access the yard. We discovered the gate wasn't actually locked on our own.

Maury GHave at least half of tank. Mine was almost empty and I was in a rush so I wasted time fueling right after getting out. + the key kept on getting stuck and at 110 degrees it was not pleasant as it took me long to unlock it and I am truck driver, I know how to do this things. Other person would not be able to unlock steering.

He was very loving and kind to us and even pulled the U-Haul out to make it much easier for us to leave. It is a nice establishment with many different U-Haul sizes to choose from, I will definitely be coming back here when I need another one. Great location

Raymond GI am so happy that of all the uhaul service station, i chose this specific one on Parkway Dr in Fresno,CA. My experience has been awesome! This is the second time i have used the service at this location. Overall, fantastic customer service from the Owner Raymond! Always have a smile on his face and greets me. He made sure to go over with me of all the service i wanted & if there was a miscommunication, he made sure to apologize and correct it. I highly recommend this location! Thanks Raymond!
MAE SThis location needs an entire business make over, looks like a junk yard, Cust Service severely lacking. The man running the location showed up 45 to 50 minutes later than was scheduled to pick up the uhaul truck, not even an apology.
