The $20 a day advertising seems dishonest as I only had the truck for 24 hours, and only went about 30 miles and it cost me $90 plus I had to pay the $10 in gas before dropping it off. It seems like going from $20 to $100 for three trips across town is a bit of a stretch. I didn't even pay for any of the insurance plans.

The local receptionist was very friendly, knowledgeable about costs, and very fast- I had a truck and appliance dolly in less than 10 minutes. The return was absolutely painless.

Though this store did not have the trailer we reserved, they upgraded us to the next size for the same price as the next smaller size. The cashier was very personable and professional and made the process very easy.

The contract fuel level and the actual level was off. Contact had 7/8 and there was only a 1/2 tank. I had to put in $34 before hitting the road.

Do not charge your customers without their consent. Do not charge your customers beyond what they expect you to charge them.

The local manager helped me every step of the way despite the drop off location being switched on accident by the U-Haul application. She helped me return boxes and I was on my way quickly! Best experience I've ever had with U haul

This was the easiest and most pain-free rental I have ever had. This was in spite of my reservation being a little messed up, with another customer's name in one of the fields. This caused me to NOT. Accept the confirmation call an hour or so later. But, when I came to pick my truck up, the alert clerk got me into a truck on the lot in a few minutes... and comp'd me the same rate for a bigger truck. An amazing process, thanks to a smart and resourceful agent.

If there is a cancellation LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW. My previous pickup location just up the road 243 s Geneva rd in Orem cancelled my reservation because of lack of equipment which is fine I get that, but I received no notification until I was already there. I called U-Haul and Amanda answers the phone her quick responsiveness and securing another reservation so close is the only reason I still used U-Haul.

The online reservation process was confusing and ended up telling me to go to one location online and then when I got to that location I found out that I was to pick up the vehicle at an entirely different location. I was not notified of this by email, text or phone. Also, I was not told beforehand that I would have to do an after hours return. So, there were issues that could be improved.

The process for unlocking the vehicle with my smartphone was unnecessarily long and complicated. The tech was also clunky. Even though I'm a young person I would have preferred to just go in and get the keys from someone than go through that again.

It was not the location that was a problem it is that I had to re-arrange all of my travel plans because the trailer I rented was not available on the day and time I reserved online. Then I had to change the pick up location of the rental as well. It created a lot of undue stress to have to find a way to rearrange everything and make it work.

Because of a mistake on the employees part our reservation time was shifted 2 hours earlier than we wanted it to be. To compensate for this we changed our moving plans to try and get done earlier and not have to pay for a second day of rental. We were able to do so and I literally returned the truck and keys before 10:30 am (they were due at 1pm). The really disappointing part of the story starts here when the location I dropped the truck off at just sat around doing who knows what for 5 hours until 3:00pm when they marked the truck as returned and charged us an extra $50 for a second day of rental that we didn't ask for, want, or even use. Very poor experience, I will not recommend either location to anyone I know.

We had a 24/7 truck pick up and the key wasnt in the box and the only reason we could get the truck is cause we caught someone leaving and they had to search for this because you didn't even contact them. We left 30 minutes after we were supposed to.

poor costumer service, manager not helpful and charged 27$ of Fuel in a wrong way. Find a better way to drop off routine. Managers like those from this store can easily do things like that with the after hour droff system. Already have a file reference on against them to refund my 27$ .
