Left truck full tank :)

Greg BThe owner of this location took the trailer home and didn't bring it back for my reservation. Seems very odd for the owner of the gas station that rents out the u-hauls to take equipment out for personal use making it unavailable for those who actually paid for the rental. I ended up having to drive 30 miles to a different location to get a trailer that I had already paid for. There also was no marking for u-haul to know that the gas station was the place to go to for picking up equipment. The truck that was there for me to rent was dirty on the inside, almost empty on gas and kept down the road and off-site from where you check out. They also didn't have any blankets that I requested. Do not rent from this location.

Arlene WI registered to pick up at one location and was redirected to an uninviting and rather unkept location. Minimal parking due to an over-abundance of repair and other types of vehicles. Staff was not very friendly or professional. Signed for the trailer and nothing was as it was on the registration site. I acquired a 6x12 trailer for 49 dollars on the website and it stated 4 days of unlimited use. The staff argued with me and stated I was absolutely incorrect. I completed registration and was informed that due to no space the unit was down the road in an open lot near the tree farm. I found the unit, with a few others, unmonitored in any way at all. I could have hooked up prior to registration and just taken it. No one would have known at all. The whole experience was not good and I'll never chose this location again.

Billy AThe process was slow, they were out of some boxes, the boxes were much more expensive here than other locations, the truck was off-site and we had to drive to go get it. The gas reading in the truck did not match the paperwork, which caused us further delays. Also not this locations fault, but we were notified 2 days earlier we had no truck available to us within a 45 minute radius. It was not a good situation all around.
Steven SHaving the rentals off location was a hassle. I drove past the lot to get to the station. Went to the lot to get the trailer, then took the trailer back to the office for a picture. Then when I returned it I needed to go to the office for a picture, then return the trailer to the lot...then return to the office for my receipt. It seemed that that process could be streamlined. I used the trailer for 1 hour and half of that time was spent in using for the purpose of the rental. Parsch's has traditionally been a great place to do business with and I do still feel this way!

Dan RMy equipment was not available when my original reservation was scheduled. I reserved a 20 ft truck however when I picked up the.reuck the following day it was a 16 ft. Truck. I had to pick up and drop off the truck at a remote location. The employees were friendly and courteous. However the other issues would probably prevent me from renting again.
Lorenzo BWhen I had to rent it I had to go about a mile down the road to pick it up. and when I got it the truck the millage DID NOT match the paperwork AS WELL AS THE GAS. I was taken this was the WORSE experence I have had with UHAUL. PLUS I wanted a 15 foot truck yes you gave me a 26 at a 15 foot price BUT you knew the millage on that truck SUCKED compared to a 15 foot truck. so you played me as a fool as well this was my thrid time I rented a truck it 4 months.

Daniel SBrakes dragging on car trailer made it very hard on my truck to cross over the mountains. Caused sever overheating to engine and trans and ruined my new thermostat. As an ASE Master mechanic retired I noticed incorrect adjustments on the centrifugal brake springs. I reported the problem to the drop off people and had them note it on my paperwork.
dave tWas sent a half mile down the road to a muddy field to pick up trailer that wasn't there. Should not have to hook up trailer myself. Also had to return for rented blankets. Because I hooked up myself uhaul had me drive to another uhaul dealer to have hook up inspected. This dealer was not open when I arrived.

Russ MHitch and ratchets were rusty and needed to be replaced. Straps were frayed and also needed to be replaced. Trailers were not kept on site. They are at a piece of property just down the road and it was all muddy and flooded.

It's really nice to see such EXCELLENT customer service out of these two young individuals, you just don't see that too much now days with the younger generation. Both Rebecca and Jay went above and beyond and I truly appreciate them both, I hope this gets back to their Manager. Merci.

Kenneth CWhen a rented vehicle breaks down after renting do not inconvenience your customer with having to wait 5 hours to pick up vehicle and offer to have another truck delivered to site ASAP so customer can continue with their move.
