ROGELIO DThe only thing I think should change is that when a client picks up a rental, the truck should be rented with a full tank. That makes it easier to return it the same way.
RAFAEL SNo one was there during business hours. The return process was very painful. I had to call corporate for help. That process was very painful and not very customer friendly either until I spoke to a guy named Marco. Also, the movers stood me up on Sunday that were ordered through Uhaul. I had to scramble last minute to get help from a third party.

I understand that the majority of these vehicles are used in town, however, they should consider renting better trucks to customers who are traveling out of town.

Arnoldo GI was charged for going over the mileage. I should not pay for the miles that I had gone over due to picking up the truck at a different location then where I had reserved it it was a big inconvenience for not having a dolly at the time of picking up the truck
