TRISTEN FREYDropped off 5:30 the evening before due (10:00 am). Ran through the the app return. Lost the site while taking pics. Recheck said the deal was completed. I hadn't finished checking in and there was no way to go back. Called Uhaul. Got Omar. He double checked and assured all was well. Instructed me to drop the keys in the box. Hopefully all is well with the return. Pickup was a nightmare. Drop off was unsettling. Omar was the only thing in the whole transaction that was right. The man was just doing his job but because of the absolute chaos of everything else with Uhaul his effort stood out brightly. "give credit where credit is due" It's Omar. Give Omar the credit.
Mark AleyThe truck we got was reserved for someone else but the guy did not care, we returned it in under 10 hours so the reservation could still have it. We got a truck that wasn't even in the system there and we were scared the whole time it was gonna go caput!!! That was Friday, we paid what we thought was the entire fee, but come Monday this guy took another 100,99 and we don't know what it's for since he will not answer our voicemail. I am disputing this charge currently with the bank since he just robbed us of our last bit of money for food, and put my account in the negative. Never Again!!!! It took all we had to move and it wasn't by choice, we are just two janitors working hard to live and once again we got scammed and robbed, thanks a lot!!!
Tracie WheelerI asked unfriendly owner about getting my $100 cash deposit back he simply replied sarcastically "not happening"and proceeded to send to the nearest uhaul center that they would give me my deposit back. After explaining my problem the lady called her supervisor in Mobile Alabama and said they would be sending me a check by mail!!!!! What a shitty excuse for a company that has evidently been around to long to remember what customer service is supposed to be !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kory ThomasStop restricting pick-up to a few locations and update your records more frequently. I called to rent a 6x12. I was told there was none in the area and was told the 5*8 was a tandem axle. I knew both to be false. After reserving, I called the very large u-haul dealer in Milton, FL. They had more than 10 6x12's and all were available. I changed my reservation on line to the equipment and location i wanted. I then received and email and text advising that the pick-up location was Patterson's. The 6x12 was not changed, but was available after being told there were no 6x12's in the Pace/Milton Area. Experience was best described as chaotic due to misinformation provided by u haul staff. I have to assume they were passing along whatever was on their screen and I now know the information was incorrect. Uhaul can do better.

Samantha MisnerMonday: When towing a trailer behind a rental truck, access into the business from highway 90 is limited to one direction. I parked the rig in the driveway. There was no other place to park. I told the man at the desk that i wanted to closeout the rental with an equipment condition inspection and final billing calculation, because I had put additional time and miles on the equipment, He said the lady that handles U-Haul was not there; he didn't know when she would be. Two hours later after visiting Home Depot and Lowe's, the equipment was not checked in, and the 'lady' was not there. Tuesday: A day later, I have no email conformation of my final rental amount or that the equipment was even turned in, as I was told I would have by just leaving the equipment and keys at the drop-off location.

Kory ThomasGot referred to this location because larger one I originally rented from did not have a truck for me. The gentleman who handled the rental at this location was very nice and helpful. The location, however, was not the greatest. I had to make a U-turn to get headed in the right direction and it was difficult. When I returned it the next day, parking was tight. These two reasons are the only ones that made this a "Not recommend" for location.

Bob NagyThis was the third location I had to go to in order to drop off the equipment. The personnel were extremely helpful, but my overall experience with U-Haul for this trip was a not good. I got bounced around to several location because the locations were either full or their access to the u-haul returns website was not working. I hope that in the future U-Haul will be cognizant of what equipment they have where and not overbook locations. It's also a safety concern for the equipment because a lot of drivers (myself included) sometimes have difficulties driving around these large trucks with trailers attached and it could easily end up causing damage to the U-Haul equipment if an individual had to navigate tight parking lots without knowing how to drive with a trailer.

TIMOTHY LEONARDOne-way rental - Pickup Friday morning and return Saturday morning. When returning it Saturday discovered that they are closed. Was not provided any instructions on how to return the trailer. Tried calling the UHaul 1-800 number and was dropped off line twice while on hold waiting for assistance, Tried dropping it off at another UHaul location but because it was a one-way rental they couldn't accept it. That location finally explained how to return it and to put the contract in the lock box on site. Would have been nice to been told the process before hand.
Kenneth ClancyLocation is small and may be difficult for returning U-Haul trucks and equipment if doing so at night. Otherwise it's a clean, well lit mechanic shop on Hwy 90 frontage.
