Make sure to confirm someone will be there so the U-Haul can be picked up! I called twice just to make sure it would be there, then had to make two more phone calls and wait an hour for someone to come give me the keys. The owner was in the hospital and no one at U-Haul thought to check that and I wasted one hour of valuable time on my moving day.
Sarah RI was charged 180 more than quoted! Both pickup and drop off staff very poorly organized and very few open hours! I will never use your service again!

PATRICK FPaul was very friendly. Had the truck ready to go on time. He also is open on Sunday's which was helpful. Would recommend his location for uhaul rentals.
Felix RThe truck that I was scheduled for did not have the keys in the truck so I could pick it up through the mobile app. I had five guys scheduled to assist in loading the truck. I not only had to pay them to wait around, but then I was charged the rental fee for the truck without ever being able to use the truck. The mobile app was a pain in the neck to use trying to verify my identity and then the keys were not around. A very poor experience all the way around.

Christopher WThe hours are very limiting (I'd also love a lunch hour from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.!) Unfortunately, the proprietor was elderly and had limited ability to do much more than check equipment in and out. If I had not been a veteran UHaul user, I would have been completely lost trying to hook up the auto transport by myself.

jean PPlace is exactly what I was wanting / needing from a trailer rental. Will use them again if I need anything. Was open early and very helpful. Great friendly service and easy in / out.

Jackie PI was supposed to pick up the trailer in Ottawa Ohio but the day before I was told I had to drive to Defiance Ohio which was a 30 minute drive compared to a 7 minute drive to get the trailer in Ottawa. Either don't give me the option online to pick it up in Ottawa or U-Haul deliver it to my pickup location at your cost. I should have the option to charge U-Haul to drive out of my way to pick it up.

Ann WIt was Christmas Eve when dropped off. Nobody around and that was my fault for not calling ahead. Plenty of room to drop off the trailer. No issue.
paul hLot was dark and messy. There was no information about how to find lockbox for key. There was a note inside the truck stating where to leave lock (in the "lockbox"), but none could be found so we had to leave it in a large mailbox near the office. The mobile check in process was deeply flawed and took nearly an hour in the dark, cold night after a five hour drive - no fun!

Amanda BHave a pick up time range - it said available at 8am, we picked up at 10am and about didn't make it before the Business closed. So maybe a "must pick up between 8am-10am" so the next person doesn't end up at a closed business.

anthony sAs far as the online reservations, need to clarify when pick-up and turn-in times are. We were given a different pick-up location than our desired choice (no big deal), but they were not open at our desired pick-up time. Then we were told to return it at 8am, but the return location did not open until 9am. We dropped it off the night before and then did the final check-out when they opened.

Tracy BPauls Supply is a small neighborhood store, and has great customer service. It is part of his small store, which is a fisherman's paradise! It is jam packed with all sorts of stuff I know nothing about. He has great old newspaper articles hanging on the walls by the cash register and also on the counters. Every inch of the store has intriguing things to look at. If you want a fast transaction in a sterile store with nothing but U-Haul stuff to look at, this is not the place for you. But if you prefer a down-home genuinely friendly transaction in a neighborhood store, then this IS the place for you. I do not think you will be disappointed.

ROGER SI'm Disappointed that I reserved a 6x12 trailer a week ago, but had to settle for a 5x8 because I would have to drive 50 miles to pick up a 6x12. This would have been a great inconvenience and waste of time. Uhaul used t have internal distribution between dealers. Apparently they care about the customer anymore.

Brenda PI'm only giving a 3 star rating bc I expected to get a call or email to say that my pick up location did not have the truck size I had paid for in advance to rent. Good thing I called the number of that location during my drive there to pick up the uhaul truck, which btw was over a 250 mile trip by car, and needless to say that my passengers as well as myself, were tired from the drive only to be disappointed when the man said he did not and does not have that size truck at his establishment and even though I insisted that uhaul confirmed it he then insisted that there was obviously a mistake and pointed out that there were other locations in that town that perhaps had what I needed. Soo I contacted uhaul and they did apologize and gave me info on another establishment for pick up. Once I ran back and forth in that town, a fairly big town, I found it. I shouldn't have had to waste time energy and gas on top of being exhausted as well as some family members who were with me and a small dog. Then on top of that I had to wait on the owner of the business whose computer was slow and not cooperating with him, as he kept saying It keeps taking me back to the last page. I thought paying in advance would get me on my way quicker as uhaul claims. Not the case. I was hoping to arrive at my destination load my things and be ready to leave first thing the next morning as it was 3 days before Christmas. Instead by the time we arrived at my destination it was late and getting dark and we were exhausted. Only to wake up and rush to load my things before the SNOW that was already coming down delayed us anymore!! An email or phone call would have saved me a lot of trouble.
Vicki VAbsolutely loved the people at this location. The lady on the phone was so helpful and sweet. And the owner helped make sure I had everything I needed for our move, even on a cold, snowy Sunday. Very good experience!!! Thank you so much!!
tammy mThis location looked like a run down dump that doesn't look safe enough to walk inside.. It was closed at 11AM in the morning and no one was around to take my rental back in. I had to turn it in at Carpet Wholesalers instead.

Mahala HI reserved the trailer from Paul's, I was told that he didn't have one that Oxbow Bait had one. I went to Oxbow to pick it up,they didn't have it. I had to go to Paul's to get it. I'm disappointed that I was not notified of the change. A lot of time lost! Communication bad.
ROGER Strailer was in great condition, service was exceptional. Would definitely rent from Pauls Supply again.
