I rented this to relocate some items down south for the summer and created the reservation online using my information. Picking up the trailer was easy except for the fact that it could not be rented under my name because I am visually impared. They would not release trailer to me unless a licensed driver was on file although I would be with the trailer the entire trip and be in the vechile.

Wasn't a pleasant place at all. Our truck which we reserved wasn't there was told to wait for a hour. Called customer service they exchanged our truck for a different one. Lady in the front office wasn't helpful at all. Once off the phone with customer service went in to pick keys up and was given the wrong key had to go back for the correct key. After unloading truck called customer service and asked if we could drop off in different location they said yes and gave us the closet location to us. Which we dropped off on time with 25miles left which we paid for. Took pictures before and after. Got a call from one of the references I used stating that they received a call from Paul's tire asking where the truck was and they were gonna charge 400$ to my account. So called customer service and told them about the incident still waiting for a department manager to call back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. SUCH A HASSLE TO MOVE IN THE FIRST PLACE NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS AS WELL.

I did an online reservation, and pick-up after hours. I had a reservation confirmation but it would not let me do anything. Called the help line and spent two and a half hours on the phone to be able to pick-up.

The U-Haul mobile app is a little wonky and unclear when dropping off the trailer after hours (no fault of either dealer). We eventually got it figured out, but I think the app could be better. Overall very good experience. I will certainly rent from U-Haul again in the future when needed.

I reserved a 15 foot uhaul and later was contacted that i would receive a 20 for the price and i was fine with this of course. When I went to the location i was given a 26 foot which was bigger than I wanted but that too was ok. Right beside was a 15 foot and it was given to someone else even though I had made reservation a week in advance. I was quoted a price of 68 but a hold of 160 was placed and therefore because I did not have 160 on my card it was denied. I paid cash in advance. Although I understand alot of what happened was not in your company's control it is however in your control in who you chose to represent your company. Very rude and incompetent dealer!!!!!

Warn us about returning it with the app. Wasted $20 because I didn't take a picture of the van when I returned it. It also wanted me to be at the location 45 miles away. So now because of said charge I might not be able to pay my phone bill.

I called uhaul a week or so after I returned the trailor. I went to the location a couple of days before I picked it up. I provided the man my ID and payment. I told the man I that I would bere there on this condition (I told him my vehicle was being worked on and I did not know if i would be in on wed to pick it up or on a Thursday because of my suv repair. He said ok just as long as I was there before 4 on the day I picked it up. So, I go to pick it up at lunch. He could not find my reservation. The entire time I was there? He told me how much he hated to rent to people like me. ( I was not rude at all) he told me he hated renting uhaul more and more each year. I did know know that my Reservation was cancelled the morning I picked it up. He was so mean and made me cry. Actually I cried when the woman came out to take a picture of the hitch. I told her he should never treat people like he treated me. He was the most unprofessional rudest business person I have ever been around. If there was a uhail near where I was. I would of took my business somewhere else. The uhaul I rented from was the Carrollton, Ky. Location. I forgot the mans name. There is a sign in the back saying if you don't clean the back after you use it then there is a 25$ charge I'm assuming because the workers will have to clean it. But instead I had to clean it up. Trash and roaches. It was destroyed and highly disgusting.

Rude people that lied about price paid 380 up front was supposed to cover everything but some of the milage and then got changed another 240 upon return of the truck when I said what I had to say about the place the own came in the parking lot to try to cause a conflict poor service and terrible people

For starters I'd keep an eye on what places you (Uhaul) let rent out your trucks and equipment! I was charged more then the going rate then they (Paul's Tire) started calling the very next morning saying they needed the truck back now because someone else needed it! Rude bunch of people and to charge me more then the actual price! It was a bunch of bs!!!

Few more trucks at location. Got the 15 ft. Really wanted the larger one. Had to make 2 trips instead of one. Very nice people at the location I picked the truck up at.

When reserving equipment online, DOES NOT mean that will be the equipment you receive. I reserved a 15' truck with an appliance dolly and moving blankets, I received a 15' truck because the pick up location had no idea and didn't have any available for use.

The location was great, but the app and website need improvement. The app just gave me a blank screen and froze (multiple times), and the website is cumbersome and not at all user friendly. Thankfully the people on site were able to quickly check me in and get me on my way.

The reason being the owner of Paul Tires where I rented it from made a very derogatory remark to a person that helped me and I have it in a text message as to what Paul Yocum said. I don't even know this man and for him to say this was very rude and unprofessional.

The location was good and the people was nice. Over all honestly with u haul and staying in town and only needing fir a few hours we went 30 miles or less. Paying $79 was little extreme. The milage when you out the gas back in it to high. We only used u all bc we was in need fast. Don't get me wrong customer service was nice it's just to much on milage for local. U all say all this local stuff but it's truly not that deal.

Your app is useless. Thankfully, Paul was still there to complete my rental personally. I called the customer service number and got put on hold indefinitely and the website was no help. Don't put something out there that doesn't work. It runs off customers and frustrates your vendors.

I walked in with a reservation I had made online. The owner asked for my license and without me realizing it created a new reservation adding things like insurance I had originally denied. I had assumed he printed the reservation I previously made so I signed the poet didn't think a thing of it until my husband looked at the poet and saw that I was lying twice what I had agreed to when I made the online reservation. I'm pretty upset about this.

The guy who ran the place said my pick-up for the u-haul was supposed to be at 1:00pm on Thursday, but my order from u-haul.com said my pick up was Friday at 7:00 am. When I arrived at 7:00 am on Friday, the guy who ran the place said he had already promised the truck to someone else, and it took a bit of convincing with my printed receipt from u-haul (thankfully prepaid) to get him to give my the truck and equipment I had already paid for.

Everything was so great! Picking up and dropping off, I have to say your people are ALWAYS ready to go above and beyond. I got so much help and advice. I even pulled into a random uhaul in Utah and the rep there checked our hitch and trailer for safety. This was a rough week for us, and the kind support of your folks really made the load a lot easier.

After only 20 mins of the hazard lights being on the battery died I had to go purchase a set of cables and I was also charged twice for this u-haul once for 93 and some change and then again for 88 and some change I returned with a full tank of gas and used less miles than predicted.

The person who did the paperwork was nice but kind of rude. Some of his remarks were very rude. I/e when I denied the insurance his comment was ( you crash it you buy it) i understand the concept but just the way he said it.

The truck smelled badly of smoke. It was also covered in mud on the inside of the door, seat floor and center console. I received the email that the truck was ready the day before. I showed up and started the online check-in but could not locate the truck (it was parked behind the building behind a shed), so I went inside and asked. They had no clue you could even check in online, had me start the process all the way over inside.

I was scheduled to pick up 20' Truck in Hanover Friday at 4:00 pm. I went out and they didn't have a truck, even though I had confirmation. Called Anderson's to see if they had truck and she called Corp. and they found 15' truck at Pauls. I got text confirmation at 4:18 to pick up by 4:30. I called Pauls to verify they had truck. She said they did but they closed at 4:00, I could pick up at 7-7:30 in am . I went over at 7:00 to pick up and Paul said that since I didn't pick up last night, Corporate cancelled my reservation and scheduled somebody else. Paul felt really bad and was able to call person that was scheduled to rent a 26' truck to see if they could move next day if I used truck today and returned to Pauls rather in Louisville. So I was able to use 26' truck Thanks Paul. U Haul definitely has problems in scheduling.

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL EVER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND! I drove all the way to IN just under Columbus to pick up my Uhaul. Which was my scheduled pick up. Get to the place and it says no one is there. On the door there is a sign with a different location. I go to the next location. So- we drive 5 miles to where it says and no one is there either. I get a call and this lady says "oh well your location was changed. They didn't call you?!" No they didn't call me. So I go 35 minutes to the new location which is back tracking to where we just came from. Get there and no one is there. Can't check in. I call and I am on hold for 45 minutes just to get checked in .... then after I'm checked in I go to get the key and the tires are flat. 臘‍♀️ so I sit on hold for another 45 minutes for them to tell me sorry nothing they can do they are closed until Monday.... are you kidding me. A "yard man" comes over and tells me he can't do anything and the only thing he can recommend is that I go home and call on Monday....Finally get someone on the phone who says they can send someone out to fix the tire but it would be an hour so it may be better to go somewhere else to get a truck... I am told they can give me a new truck but it's in KY and I have to go get it.... so I call KY to make sure they have it and that the tires aren't flat and the old man was rude as fuck. Like I am a very kind person and never get angry with people on the phone because it's just rude... He said "Well sweetie it is Saturday and just like everyone else I have things to do so I am not going to sit around and wait on you. I don't know how you got in my system but. I didn't out you there"... so here we go 2 hours later back to KY to hopefully get a Uhaul with tires that are not flat. Only to drive 2 hours back to IN. Did I mention once we FINALLY got a truck FOUR HOURS LATER the air conditioning did not work!!! It was a TERRIBLE experience and I wasted SO much money in gas and an entire day of my life and my families who were so great to help. Ridiculous and un-expectable service.

We rented the uhaul for 24 hrs and when we went to pick it up he had rented it out for the same day and said we only rented it for a few hours. They when I went back to pick up the rest of my deposit I didnt even get a receipt for it
