Julian MThe truck was advertised as 19.95, but there are many hidden fees. Paying for gas AND mileage feels like a scam, and consumers should be made aware of the fees prior to purchase. 19,95 turned into 45 dollars for only a 3 hour booking.
BRIANNA PI had to park on a hill, put the emergency break on and it was still moving. Due to that, i had to drive back to my house to park there which increased the mileage use.

Daniel BThis location is generally excellent, and the man that runs it is awesome! No compliants there, but unfortunately the specific trailer that was rented out to us had a ton of what appeared to be construction debris in the bottom (screws, bolts, metal shards, concrete bits, dirt, leaves, etc) and the tires were mismatched and one of them was very under-inflated (at 31,5 psi). Not sure what happened with that particular trailer, but it needs to be better cleaned out and the tires need to be changed so they match (driver side tire is max 50 psi and passenger side is max 65 psi).

DEBORAH WI turned in my equipment and never received my "email" receipt. 3 days later I called to see what was going on and they had no record of me returning the equipment. I had to call again and a nice gentleman found the equipment on their lot and checked it in. The first employee never checked it in!
JOSE VI returned the equipment on time only to find no one there to accept the return. I called the number on the door and was told to leave the trailer, and it would be handled when he returned. I paid the extra cost to have the trailer connected and disconnected because I am handicapped. I believe this fee should be returned to me. Robert Cahill
ROBERT CSince I prebooked and despite having to pick up from a location 20 miles from the original location, this was likely the quickest pickup I've ever done. Made the 20 miles worth it.

Alberto FThe one thing that was not great for me was the ashtray not being emptied out. I don't hold the cigarette-smelling cabin against y'all because I understand idiots will smoke in there when it clearly says not to, but the ashtray in which they used was still filled with ash and made the cabin smell worse. Everything else was great though, and I did well with the additional offer to bring an extra trailer on the hitch to my drop-off location. Also maybe don't make me do a whole dance on the phone through numerous phone calls to get the proper compensation for bringing a hitch for your company when I'm doing y'all a favor.

CHELSEA EStaff at this location is fantastic. I walked in, gave him my name, drivers license, and within 5min I was loading up the trailer and headed out. Highly recommend for U-Haul rentals.

david hNice equipment. Quick in and out at pickup. Easy transaction. I was surprised at the early (4:00pm) closing hour (I didn't see the posted signs - my fault) but I was able to figure out the “after hours†procedure and secure key drop. Facility was nice and clean, as was the rental equipment!
