Lazy ass at this place offered no help, tail lights inoperable, and stood in slush working on them. A real shithole!

Attendant did a fabulous job
I rented a car carrier, they trailer chains didn't fit on my car. I had to buying locking rings prior to taking the trailer. My car wouldn't fit on the trailer after checking on the website without scratching my spoiler to secure the front tires. I called to return the trailer since it was unsafe to drive the trailer without securing the tires. I was charged for one day of usage. I wouldn't have mind if I would have been able to use the trailer to transport my car. I lost a day of my drive back home and got charged $70+ dollars for a one day rental and the $15 rings. I think this is grossly unfair. The agent was nice but I feel I shouldn't have paid for the one day rental since I wasn't able to use your trailer.

Wet and muddy pickup lot
agreed to have contract emailed but didn't initially receive due to misspelling of email address my name was incorrectly copied from my drivers license using my middle name (also misspelled) as my last name and last name omitted just need a little more training and care in contract preparation

Not the service I'm used to from uhaul. Location was easy to get in and out of but the service wasn't up to par.
Rental was for 1:00 PM. Owner did not arrive until 1:15. To his credit, because I had pre-registered and pre-paid, I was hooked up and on the road by 1:22. Location for this rental was key for me. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
The process of renting what was needed was quick and easy. The cost was reasonable and explained very well.

The location we were given by U-Haul is not part of the U-Haul network of service providers anymore. We had to find the next available provider in order to drop off the trailer. The location given to us was 200 Pineola St. Newland, NC.28657.

Person at rental place was extremely rude and the truck return process, if done by phone, is time consuming, not user friendly, and is just aggravating.
When we checked in we were told to back it into a slot, unhook and leave and they would send us an email. Still don't have that email other than this survey request email.
— Made a reservation and purchase of materials for a pick up location. — when the location changed, none of the notifications called attention to the change, i.e. ATTENTION - LOCATION CHANGE. This would be appropriate. — instead. I received a text that appeared to be a confirmation of pickup. — The morning of, I realize that I had to go to a different location and then also, that location did not have packing materials and blankets and had to go to a different location for those items. — The situation caused me to drive appropriately 30 miles out of my way and I was not able to meet movers on time. — I was then issued a VIP voucher that I tried to use for some additional mattress cover bags at the turn in location, only to be told I could not use the voucher for those items at their location. — Worst customer experience I have dealt with, ever. IMPROVEMENT— pretend any communication to the customer that involves changes to a location and items available at a location with a banner, or something to call attention to the change. I.E. ATTENTION, LOCATION CHANGE.
Have someone actually be there and have hours posted on the door. Have someone actually answer the phone when you call after 8:00 am instead of going to voicemail.
Marco is best! He will drop what he is doing to accommodate ppl. Repeat customer And will always be my choice for Uhaul Dealer

Dropped off after hours.
Customer service at this location was OUTSTANDING. I was having issues with the U-Haul app and before they were open, a gentleman came out to help me and he completed the transaction for me. When I dropped the truck off later that night, he stopped what he was doing to direct me where to park and then took care of everything while I called in a take-out order. Quick, easy, courteous and professional service. I usually use Budget (as i am not charged mileage), but my U-Haul experience (first in a long time) made up for the mileage expense.
There was no one there at the location when we took the truck back on a Saturday afternoon, during regular business hours. The door was open, there were people at the gym, but no employees. I just left the keys on the counter with a note and left. There was also another woman there looking for an employee in order to return her trailer. Maybe the guy was in the bathroom... who knows.
Nothing thank you
Returned trailer 5 PM Monday and was told they would close out contract.. I called UHaul twice Tuesday afternoon since trailer return confirmation was not received. Finally received confirmation late Tuesday.
The poor owner of Peak Fitness got there quickly and was able to assist me and do anything he could to help. He also was experiencing an overwhelming amount of random drop-offs at this location but was pleased to be of service. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
