I have been trying to contact some since I returned the truck. I call Ace hardware they said they could not help me. I got a bill for $790 and my rental was only $32 I have not been able to reach anyone.

Joyce LomaxProblems uploading pictures with the miles on the app. Spent more then 45 minutes trying to upload the pictures and had to leave the truck at the location without uploading the miles and gas usage on the app.
Derlyn RodriguezWe were first sent to the wrong place for pickup. Then when we arrived at the new location the truck was locked and no one was around. We were able to get in touch with someone who showed up 30 minutes later and told us they were given the order at 1030 that same morning. The truck had not been cleaned or serviced but appeared ok and we were on a time crunch. When we arrived at our destination and began unloading, we had lost some screws to the bed so we started looking behind the wood slates and discovered a nest of roaches. I did not have any problems with roaches in my previous residence so it was apparent that they were in the unserviced truck left most likely from the previous user. Because of this I had to bomb my new apartment and all my belongings as well as the truck as a courtesy before turning it in. I informed the uhaul staff at the Huntington, WV location.

CATHERINE ECKERTWhen dropping the truck off my reservation would not let me do a mobile drop off as it said to take it back to the dentville location. I tried to call the 800 number and kept getting transferred and hung up on.
KAYLA LYLESThe original drop off location was closed. WE CALLED 1 800 NUMBER AND NO ANSWER. THEN WE CALLED NEXT CLOSEST LOCATION, THEY WERE HELPFUL AND LET US DROP THERE.

Robert WashingtonMake sure to print large times to be brought back. We didn't know it was supposed to be in before midnight On Sunday and was changed for another day. That was wrong. When going through a move you don't read small print.
