HAROLD MThey charged me an extra $115 for additional mileage but could not explain why. I was quoted to drive the truck from point A to point B and that's exactly what I did. I did not take it a single mile further than I was quoted but suddenly I'm being charged 50 % more at drop off. I hope a member of customer service reaches out to me about this as it is extremely disappointing and borderline criminal

GARY KDrop off was fast and easy. While I was there had a tire on my jeep repaired. The people very helpful and very friendly on all their services. Took care of my drop off, my flat tire, quote tires for my jeep gladiator and even came out to say hi to my mother in law. Great place. Thank you all
JAMES HThe U-Haul pick up location booked my return for the U-Haul location in Morgantown WV. However, that location was 18 miles away which took 45 minutes to drive there on a winding country road. They should have booked my return closer to West Virginia University where my destination was provided to them. Terrible

Kenny KThe service was excellent I mean without a doubt they were wonderful but the fact that the key to lower the spare tire was not with the vehicle and I sat on the side of the road for five hours in the middle of the night to get a tire changed
PHOEBE ABecause I hadn't rented a UHaul for a while, I didn't realize the local mileage rate was as much as it was. ($.99/mile),Plus the $19.95, plus fuel. Also, I always thought the trucks were delivered with full tanks. Ours was 3/4 full and because we have more than one employee, we brought it back full. We worked together to get a reduced mileage fee but lost the cost of the extra fuel.

sharon LOverall good experience but truck wouldn't start after final gas up and a mechanic was dispatched from the local renting u-haul dealer. Vehicle required a new starter which was acquired by them and replaced allowing me to drive vehicle back to the rental facility. Passenger side mirror wouldn't stay adjusted which I mentioned rental facility when truck was returned.
Paul lIt was difficult to tell exactly where we should park the 26’ truck but otherwise it was easy to drop off.
Derek WWe filled truck up with gas before taking it back and was still charged $33 for gas I didn't understand that
Donna RThe cab of the truck had not been cleaned prior to pickup. There was mud on the inside and a sticky substance on the seat. The fuel was on a quarter of a tank and someone had left a switch blade stuck in between the seat. The attendant was not familiar with the contactless process initially but was quick, kind, and helpful.
Melissa MYour rates are too high to rent your uhaul. We haf to pay over 2,00.00 for your rental. Not happy with the charges.
LLYOD SHad called twice prior in order to get a 20ft truck that was needed and showed up just to be told it would be going out the next morning to someone else. So had to rent a smaller truck to move out a 3 bedroom house. So it took more trips, mileage and an extra day of rental fees. Then, my card got charged twice when it was returned! Very frustrating!

Terri PThey took the time to clean up the mess that the persons in Radcliff failed to do. All of the problems were started when I made a reservation through your national site and it added $200 dollars of purchased items and rented moving blankets that I didn't order or want. What a mess I will never use uHauls national web site again for a reservation.
