Actually this is my second time renting from the Lockport, Louisiana location and it was awesome! They were quick, thorough, & very Professional! The guy (Bo) running the place was always in a very friendly and helpful mood. Great people to deal with! I would definately recommend..

I was told that I had to use the mobile app to rent the truck which was not true. The app would not work properly and after 5 different phone calls I was told to access the website. That worked. 1 hour wasted. Also I did not want a dolly and was charged for it. Also I did request 12 moving blankets, was charged, but they were not in the truck. When I returned the truck your associate removed the extra charges. Over all not a very experience. Would not recommend Uhaul.

He charged me for the insurance without asking and it is not correct, in the app I said that I did not want it, he still charged me an extra $40 dollars
