Overcharged for Km $1,59 vs. $0,3 on initial contract without explanation, not very friendly, did not mention that vehicles get robbed if left until I was there, so had to spend money on cab fare to keep safe. Will not use this location again

NIEL LThe guy at the desk was rude. He kept telling me to sign things that were not being reflected on the screen. I was being asked to waive coverage and pay things that were totally different. When I kept asking and saying I don't sign things just cause I'm told to he got frustrated and said UHAUL is a stupid company. I have never experienced this before, I like UHAUL!
Nicole pI called to see if I could pick up 1 hour earlier than booked. They said yes, no problem. When I got there, the guy was uncaring, unapologetic, and said it's not there, either take a different one or come back in an hour. When I came back, I said I also booked a dolly. The gut didn't respond, but did mention the dolly when reading off the charges. There was no dolly in the uhaul, but I had to drop off the uhaul and then leave to go out of town right. The guy called when I was already on the road and said they would drop off the dolly because I couldn't puck it up. They never dropped it off.

ROBERT PThe location is good as were the location staff. However your 'app' is a time wasting mess. If you need a contact verifier or passport, let us know at prior to arriving at the pickup location. People are busy and downloading your admin costs to your customers is annoying.

KAREN WI originally had the drop off in Oliver but they were full so sent me to Penticton which is 42 KM out of my way and then I got charged for being over KM's on my contract. Drop off in Penticton was disorganized and I had to wait as UHaul is not their primary business. However once they got to me they handled everything very professionally

Rick PDecide who has the final word when a reservation made on the phone was mistakenly put on the following day. He was pretty adamant for 10 minutes hat he had NO trailer for me. I told him it was just for a couple of hours and he begrudgingly rented it to me. Overall it upset me. This was not the owner, Kevin, but someone called Jim. A shame, I like doing business with Kevin...

RAY LStaff were quite helpful and accommodating. Site is a mechanic shop and at the end of a cul-du-sac which makes it easy to turn around but there isn't any actual parking. Staff were well above average. The site wasn't great.

AMADEUS HMy pick up location was only open 9am to 10am on Saturday. I had to drive 12 hours to get to my pick up location which is where I was picking up the items I needed to transport. I've never seen a location open for an hour on a weekend which is when people want to move and rent equipment. Very odd in a medium sized city.

Wayne LThe man at the desk was quite rude when my driver returned the truck. We had it booked for 24 hours, returned it in 7 hours and the employee was grumpy and unfriendly. I was very happy with the equipment though.
