Tie down winches needed some lube I think. But everything worked fine.

Dawn MThe truck floor was very dirty and so were the blankets that I rented with the truck. So my furniture got dirty from using the blankets. And a few of them were wet so we just couldn't use them. I explained that to the franchise owner the next morning when he phoned me to complain that we had left the blankets unfolded. He even tried to charge me a $25 cleaning fee! Which I got reimbursed after calling Uhaul Customer Service. So I would use Uhaul again, but not that franchise location.

Larry HThese guys have always been great. Uhaul did not communicate to them that I was dropping off the truck with as much gas as I received it with. I was charged an additional $278.50. Not their fault I'm taking it up with uhaul as I was expecting my full refund from the whole order as the truck they gave me had no gas, was full of water, and could not be replaced.

Douglas SBetter selection of vans available for one way rentals. The van I got was significantly bigger than what I needed. A TM, BP or BE would have been large enough for me and much better mileage and lower in rental cost.

brandon kThe battery in my Uhaul truck was faulty and it died every night due to the cold. I had to call Uhaul service every morning to get the battery boosted. Waiting every morning for about an hour for a boost was highly inconvenient. Everything else was fine and it is a good Uhaul location.

craig gI purchased the roadside assistance, and we needed to use it. The lady that answered the phone (Danielle) was not the most helpful. Coughed and hacked on the phone and was rude. Then called to check on our assistance 3 hours after it arrived and we were in bed.
