The air was low in the right tire and the alarm was going off due to it. We needed to go to a separate Uhual location to get it refilled.

Venus GThe Uhaul reservation site allowed me to reserve 3 sets of furniture blankets, but the pick-up location had none. I also called ahead to another location to rent some, was told they had some, got there and was told they had none (and haven't for weeks)... It's pretty ridiculous that the reservation site allows you to book equipment that isn't in stock at all. AND to be told on the phone that it's in stock, drive over, and be told otherwise... The truck was in poor condition. When I tried to go through the mobile portal to verify the condition, the website would not load after trying multiple times. I just had to leave because I was already going to be behind schedule to find blankets elsewhere. Gas tank was only 3/8 full, two indicator lights were on for the battery and engine. Low tire pressure in the front right wheel. I get it that these are heavily used, beat up trucks, and I don't need some luxury hauler. But worst of all was that there was still objects left behind in the trailer... A large area rug and old microwave were in the back. We had to remove them and dispose of them ourselves once we realized when we got it back to our office to load up. The guy at the rental location was nice and helpful. But the lack of communication about equipment availability on the Uhaul site, and general equipment condition was very poor.

Jose IRecently a ticket of $138 added to card but I didn't receive any ticket within the time period of my booking. Neither I parked illegally nor I received any speeding ticket. This is a false charge added to my card.

John BMerchant was rude to me. Inside of van was dirty. When I asked for furniture pads, merchant said I should have asked for them in the beginning when I first got the keys. Upon return, merchant asked me in a demanding way, where are the rest of the pads? I told him I was going to keep them and he threatened that I would be charged a bunch of money. I told him he was being rude and he denied it and said he was just telling me. He needs to work on his customer service skills. I have a few pads at my house and would be happy to return them. I forgot they were rentals and didn't think it would be a problem to keep a few to finish my move.
Benjamin PThe person who assisted is very dishonest, he mark that the truck has 70603 miles when it was 70616 ml, unfortunately even when we can prove it when we arrived he didn't even let us talk, he pretends tobe too busy, this was the first time that we rent a u-haul truck and we didn' pay attention to this Detail into we check the video we make to how much gas the truck need. And yes before we leave the place where they have the truck we made a little video, because it has some light on and also so can add the same amount of gas back.
Manuel MI used the app. UHaul is collecting too many personal information for rental, much more than what a typical rental car company would ask. Too many questions during and return process.

BARBARA PI have already recommended this location to several people! The check through process was amazingly quick. I can honestly say I've never, ever gotten a truck from U-Haul this quickly. The truck was clean and completely functional. Whenever I need U-Haul in Roxbury, I"m going to Pep and Sashas!!

Amy TThis owner told me flat out, it was an inconvience for him to be doing this as everything belonged to the location on Mass Ave in Dorchester. Which is usually where I go and have always had a wonderful experience with. He then went on to argue with me over company policy when it was very clear he was in the wrong. He almost didn't t change the estimated miles traveled "because I already clicked by it" ......? What? Upon my return, NOT S WORD WAS SAID TO ME. A receipt was handed to me and that was after he spent 10min parking the van the exact way he wanted it. I believe he over charged us too which I need someone to help me with as I've never gotten a receipt from a uhal like this.

Franklin SPoor customer service--The owner gave me a hard time because I wanted to pick up the truck at the time I booked for and not before. He was rushing when I got there and barely explained anything to me. The truck's mirrors were broken and there was thrash inside the truck.
Ricardo GIf it wasn't for the gentleman at this location helping me, I never would have gotten my truck that I reserved a month prior. I had reserved it with the self check-out option, however the process never worked for me because it said a vehicle wasn't assigned to my reservation. I was physically standing between two trucks of the same variety that I had reserved, so of course that didn't make sense to me. I called the number that it told me to call; no answer; left a voicemail; and DID NOT receive a call back EVER. This is extremely unprofessional. If it wasn't for the gentleman who runs Pep & Sashas working with me (and he actually needed to CANCEL my initial reservation and start the process all over again as if a new reservation), I never would have gotten a truck. This self check-out process needs to be reevaluated ASAP.
