I didn't use uhaul in my name or my email someone stole my identity
DOROTHEA CThe customer service at uhaul itself is atrocious. The staff MOST all of are extremely rude and unwilling to help, I will absolutely NOT be using uhaul again. The staff at Persico's hardware was very nice, I want to clear any confusion and make sure the staff at UHAUL are the ones that are rude, NOT Persicos.
hunter mTransaction was fine I paid cash for the rental as well as the security deposit. I was told I could return the dolly to a location in my city so I didn't have to drive 50 minutes away . (That's how far I had to go to get the dolly ) why can't there be one available Closer is beyond me ???

Robert CGreat service. My truck had a blown fuse that they helped troubleshoot to get the trailer lights working. Got me a new fuse and wouldn't except a tip. Outstanding service!!!!
ROBERT DI returned the trailer 1hour late. It was due in at 830pm. I returned it at 930pm and they charged be $20.00. It was returned after hours so the shop wasn't open so I couldn't speak to anyone to let them know. TBH I am not sure how they knew it was late unless they watched video. So is charging someone for another day just the way they do business. Will not rent from them again.
Gregory Cthis was my 2nd option... Albany NY I reserved a 5x8 trailer ONE month in advance. The day I drove to pick it up I as told oh we do NOT have your trailer. First of all never received a CALL or text...I saw 3 on the lot and was told oh you cannot use these only but One way!!!! No one cared. I called Slingerlands NY and no reply..... Finally Persico Hardware in Ravena NY the BEST. No problems and they DO care!!! Avoid Slingerlands and Albany NY
JIM BOverall uhaul was awful not just this location but the company as whole. I had a simple reservation of picking up a trailer in NY and dropping if off in WV. I needed the trailer for 6 days which became an issue right away being as your website only lets you schedule for 4 days. I called and spoke with a repreaenative and set up the reaervation. After picking up the trailer i received a text to check the plate number and sure enough the plate did not match. I had to call my pick up location and was told that they accidentally picked the wrong trailer bit it wasnt an issue. After this i was assured my reservation was still good. 2 days later i began recieving texts that the trailer was due back but i still had 4 days left on the reservation. I called customer support and spoke with a lady with screaming kids in the background. She said that their was a mistake on your end but it was straightened out. The next day i got text saying. Upon dropping the trailer off i was told that my trailer was suppose to be dropped off in NY not WV. Luckiky they accepted anyway but i dont know how you guys screwed this reservation up so bady. God awful company to work with

EILEEN MPossibly mount a small broom next to the bracket that the handcart is mounted in. With how hectic a move can be, trying to find a broom to sweep out the truck is just another headache
TYLER SHave the gas tank on Full. It costed me almost another $100 just to fill it up & I know we are supposed to return it with a full tank, but since the last customer didn't, I had to fill it up.

AMY BWould have liked to know how to adjust the mirrors (even the manual wasn't clear about this, and when we manually tried to adjust them, they only slid into one other spot vs being able to adjust specifically to my vision level. Also wish we could have securely LOCKED the back of the truck so that strangers couldn't unlock it.
