Latonya RWhen I walked in to get my U-Haul keys & paperwork she was all ready and prepared. Signed my paperwork and she handed me my copy and the keys. Told me exactly how much gas I needed to fill up before returning it. Great communication. Very Friendly.
Sheryl MI had a nice respectable young man receptionist but as far as the truck rental it was a sure nightmare in desperate need of maintenance it was a rainy day the guitars need to be replaced when coming to a stop the truck slid a couple of times it's in desperate need of a alignment I feel like my license in my life was at state driving that vehicle but I had no choice my U-Haul was closed for that day Sunday and my furniture had to be moved I should have been conversated it made no since to complain I don't think nothing would be done about it anyways but for the next rental on that truck I pray for their safety sincerely Mildred Early....

BRADLEY Struck was clean, but was very rough to drive. Was very concerned about truck making the trip. It made it, but with A LOT OF VIBRATION. Possibly from from tired not being balanced or rotated. Tread showed very uneven wear. Would not have accepted truck if I had any other options.

JOHN SQuality Control in the "movers helpers" department. Both loading and unloading phone numbers I was given by U-Haul had voicemail mailboxes not in service. I paid for movers and received ZERO movers. Then I had a 45+ minute runaround on the phone, where I was placed on hold and transfered FOUR TIMES! Before you post a moving company on your movers list, how about checking to see if they can actually be contacted with the number you provide!!!!

JAMES BContactless pickup and drop off was not great! The mileage and gas were off when I picked the truck up and even though I logged with photos. I was still charged for 35 extra miles. Truck was dirty, drivers side door did not open from the outside! That is a safety hazard! Attendants were helpful and pleasant though at that location.

ROBERT HThe vehicle needed maintenance. Warning lights were on for two different malfunctions an or service. It was the only truck avail so I had to chance it for a short distance move. Also the truck was shaking once it attains 55 MPH. Other than that customer service at check in/out was amazing.
CARL SThe drivers seat had a big piece of tape over a hole in the seat and with the heat it kept coming off and sticking to my leg. Uhaul needs to fix this please.

When I returned to them, they did everything and were very efficient and personable. I would recommend their location to all my friends. They were great.
