Paul KThere was smeared poop in the back of the u haul and the cab was is loaded with dog hair. I mean everywhere. But other than a tire blowout on the car transport the equipment ran ok.

CHRISTOPHER LNothing to do with the location. The truck was a piece of crap. Check engine light was on with a note that confirmed no repairs were going to happen. The wipers were terrible. The washer pump barely put washer fluid on the passenger side and NONE on the driver side. That's a safety issue if something gets on the windshield while driving.

Salvatore LExcellent experience with the staff. Very helpful and accomodating. The truck I rented had low mileage which was nice, but the padding around the arm rest/center seat had come unglued from the seat.

LIZBETH HAbsolutely great experience. The owners took care of me and all my needs while at the rental counter. The return process was so easy and I apparently left my nice set of headphones in the truck, got a call about it and went in to pick them up the next day. They were nothing but pleasant and helpful, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond for me. Showed me how the lock works on the back, as well as explained some of the vehicle features and gave me a quick run through. I really could not be happier, this was the best experience I have ever had renting a uhaul.

dave cHave nicer staff Even though it was Christmas Eve A guy with a pony tail came out to help a family and my father and I was trying to figure out the mobile pick up since it wasn't letting g me continue. We asked the guy for help and he was so rude yelling at us telling us he's not going to help us and to figure it out ourselves. He kept yelling it's Christmas and the only way he will help us if we pay him cash. He didn't have to be rude at all. Worst experience ever. I usually go to the other Clermont U-Haul. Since this was across from my apartment I decided to go there. Never again

Younes MPeople who gave us the truck were sooo nice. They were a cute married couple. The woman who took the truck from me was very rude and I did not appreciate it.
