Excellent service from Angello and Caroline. They are very courteous, very willing and very understanding. They made the entire process from the initial discussion to the finalization very easy.

RONALD MMy only issue was the insurance. I never get insurance, I typically don't need insurance. This was a trailer and I was going a total of 10 miles round trip. But somehow the system put me in for insurance, and the 2 folks working there said it couldn't be removed. I was pressed for time, so I just decided to let it be, but it's pretty dumb that after I'm 99 % sure I chose no insurance, it got tacked on anyway and my $15 trailer rental became $24.

IVETT MThe trailer I rented pulled well and I was pleased with its performance. However I could not utilize the tire tie downs installed as they were rusted and would not function properly.
Leo WThe combination lock should be replaced, numbers changes with difficulty. Other than that, place is excellent and the self checkin and self checkout nice and easy. The app has issues uploading photos, but that is not issue withe this location, but in general uhaul. I took my own pictures just in case. Knowing the possibility of this app issue, the app just ask after that that keys be dropped in a box and that all. They checked vehicle next day. They verified and everything including invoice was perfect. Best option for quick movings.

Jorge AThe dolly and the pads that I solicitate is not in the truck. The back door was open. We had to carry out the move ourselves, carrying it with our own hands, and several of the furniture items were damaged. It is very unfortunate, since I thought everything was coordinated.

MARINA IThey were so helpful and polite. Their customer service was impeccable. I only had problems with the app, but even when I called, my uhaul rep was also fantastic and patient with me. You guys are hiring the right people. If you fix the bugs in the app, business will skyrocket.

DEIRDRE GOk location was great. The van was good too. Ask me about the U-Haul web / app experience booking and trying to pick up my truck. Absolutely terrible. I had to make several attempts to book. Tried both the mobile app and from a pc. I don't understand why you had me send my ID in a head a time then the day of I had to do it again. The day of the pickup was even worse. I don't understand why you needed my employer to sign off on a rental. It took over an hour to get my van and I was standing in the Florida sun the whole time. Pretty much exhausted before I even moved anything. Had to talk to a support person 2x before I got it setup. Please work on this. Also if you want people to use the app then vet everything in there First so you don't lose time on the day of doing stupid crap. If this was 2007 I would understand the clunky online experience but it's 2024 it should be seamless by now!

Lisa SI rented a van for 6 hours and brought it back 2 hours early hoping to get that removed for a lower bill but was informed it was priced for 24 hours. Beware

Hely sI will not recommend uhaul, but not because the staff at the location. They were friendly and tried to fix the problem. Uhaul confirmed the reservation by email and text, but the truck I reserved was not available. This created complications for my move because I had to accept a smaller truck making the move difficult and increasing the mileage.
