Customer service were not even trained to pass a vehicle to a customer. Truck was totally empty of gas. Truck was full of ice and snow and truck latch was frozen solid. Finally after hot water found out no cart was in the truck and they did not have one. I was 70 minutes b4 I got out of there. Horrible experience. I will never go back there. U-Haul should be ashamed to have such people wear your name. The 2 ladies that were on duty did everything they could to make the experience as best they could. Not their fault but management need to fix things as they should not be responsible for renting any vehicle as they would have problems running a bicycle tire store.Philip P.

I was charged $391,08 for couple of hours and 25 KM. Uhaul kept charging me three different times. I had the worst experience. Do not recommend to friends and family UHAUL at allHASHMATULLAH F.
I was charged for furniture protector blankets (even though they didn't have any at the location) and for a dolly which I did not order. I even asked the clerk three times to verify. Would suggest another location.Donovan C.

I realize I had been warned that my pick up location might be different than the one I had arranged but I was also told I would receive a call telling me where the place was by 5 o'clock the day before. No call till I called my original pickup spot. They put me on to customer service who then told me where to get the truck. A big distraction on moving day.Connie P.

The employees are very friendly and they are very efficient at getting you your rental, Returning the rental and finishing the end of the contract took less than 5 minutes and it was a great experience as I have rented from other locations in the past. I have rented several trailers over the summer. I usually go to a different location that makes renting easy. The check in process was slow. I had to hook up the trailer myself, which wasn't a big deal...just not what I have experienced at the other location. I returned the trailer 30 mins before my scheduled time. I never received a receipt until I contacted them a few days later. The first receipt wasn't accurate. They did get it sorted out but it was a bit of a hassle and not at all like the other locations I have been to. Seems like some training would be helpful. This location is much more convenient for me but I will be going back to the other location because the staff are fast, efficient and accurate.Michael K.

Below is what I've sent to U-Haul regarding this location and the company itself. "Yes, regarding the contract number above, I have some serious concerns regarding the pricing. First the mileage is incorrect and I'm going to double check it tomorrow. I was quoted $0,89 per kilometer. Yes, I see the receipt is in US funds. The conversion is correct. I'm disbuting the length. It's less than 20 kilometers each way. I did 2 round trips so should be marginally less than 80 kilometers @ $0,89 = $71,2 not $97.23. Secondly, The fuel fees. You changed me a $30 fuel fee on top of $38,52 fuel charge? I get it. $38,52 for the gas(more on that in a moment)and $30 for a fee? You're almost â€œdouble dippingâ€ and that's not right. Now the $38,52 @ 20 LT works out to be $1,92 per Litre! Gas pricing this past Monday was around $1,48 per litre. I know because I put $15 dollars into the truck when I brought it back! So presently I expect a refund for the following; $30 â€" Fuel Service Fee Approx. $25 length of trip. Approx. $8 for 20L fuel charge discrepancy. I can have more accurate figures for you tomorrow as I'm going back to this dealer.Uwe H.

The mirror on the passenger side was not stable even after readjusting it twice. Once you start driving it goes out of focus. Also concerned that I was charged insurance for two days because I came in hour late. A late fee would be more appropriate not insurance cost. The individual charged me wrongly for gas paid, this is suspect and fraudulentTobie A.

The pictures we reviewed did not show current damage to thr vehicle so I had to spend a considerable amount of time going around and updating the pictures. We had told the attendants that we would drop it off after hours and they agreed. The instructions they gave us were to drop the keys in the slot on the door and they would check the mileage the next day and process the actual kms we used. However they didn't and put through the full charge for the rental as well as additional charges as now my final bill is $30 more than the estimate. So now I've paid close to $60 over what the charges should have been with no explanation. We will NOT be using uhaul again.Tonya S.

Back of the u haul is with wood and really really dirty. It took me 20 min to clean u haul. Staff is really excellent at this location. That's only reason I am recommending my friends here. Thanksankit P.

Just a thought - but identifying the average fuel usage per km - I had 20L/100km (10L for the 49km I drove). This would help with the filling of the tank to previous... Not required, but a very nice to have...Terrence R.
Parking lot was challenging to maneuver. Overall my experience with U-Haul was poor. Our reservation was changed multiple times, I was on the phone for hours trying to get what we needed. Although the staff was helpful on the phone it was a very frustrating experience and it is unlikely I will be using U-Haul again.Elyse V.

There was broken glass left in the back of my uhaul as well as other garbage. The tank was on flashing empty when I received the truck as well.Shannon C.
I am not sure if my issue was due to this specific location or u-haul as a company. When arriving back from our move to drop off the truck, I was attempting to return the vehicle through the online portal. After completing all the steps I came to the payment as was caught off guard. The system was telling me I travelled 66 miles. This was impossible as we only travelled 15 miles. I took photos prior to our trip with mileage at 109 018 and then following our trip at 109 033. I then proceeded inside to get assistance. The clerk went through the process as well and then told me this is what they have on their system as well saying their starting mileage for the truck was at 108 966. However I always make sure to take photo proof prior to my departure. The clerk asked if â€œanyone took the truck when I was not lookingâ€ and made odd remarks about my photo proof not being accurate. The clerk then said they would simply charge my card and I would have to open a case with corporate. I insisted I needed the situation resolved immediately and this was not any fault of my own. I documented picture proof of the vehicle, gas level, and kilometres prior. I believe they had a system error or they have been imputing the miles improperly in turn overcharging their customers. The clerk finally decided to resolve the situation, by telling me to plug in the miles at 108 981 as the final mileage (15 miles over their original start) . She proceeded with the transaction and I was charged accordingly for the amount of miles I actually travelled. However, I am now worried this will occur to the next individual who rents this van. Their starting mileage will be higher than in this locations system and they will be overcharged when they come in for drop off. All in all the employee was helpful, and patient as English was not her first language. She made sure I was happy in the end and assured me she would solve this problem. Give truck to your customer on scheduled time. Because if someone doing online checkin 3 days before to pick up and he has to wait for 1hour 15 minutes late that will ruined his whole moving schedule. I missed my appointment to only due to u-haul location get open late and I had keep truck one more day. But this is good for U-haul because they make money from it.GURSUMEET S.
The cab of this vehicle was disgusting with used Q-tips in the cup holders, dog food and flour on the floor. So it left me wondering why I would ever want to rent from U-haul again. The outside of the vehicle was covered up the doors with mud. The windshield was washed by me so I could actually see to drive. The gas tank had (5 miles till empty). The staff was excellent in getting me signed up and on my way but like I said , the condition of the vehicle was way below any standards a company like yours should allow.Ted S.
Left turn signal light was not working, foot prints on the dash, dog hair covering the passenger seat nobody walked the vehicle with us as they have usually in in past. Vehicle clearly had not been cleaned or sanitized since the last person used it. The facility itself had falling ceiling tiles or not ceiling tiles. Bags of chips laying on the floor. Our pick up kept being Delayed to check gas customers out. If we rent again it will be from a different location. Not impressed with staff! From a business point of view you should be ashamed to have your good name at this locationPeter H.

I am not sure if this is a location issue or the u-haul issue. When I visited the place, received the keys and process was smooth. Person at the counter was helpful in the process. When I visited the vehicle, it was fully covered with snow. Windshields we're covered with snow and no equipment was available in the vehicle to clear the snow. Surrounding the vehicle there were lots of snow and it was so difficult to enter near the vehicle. Driveway was not cleared and it was very much difficult to take out the vehicle on to the street. We know the weather and the season but expected driveway and the vehicle to be clean before the pickup. Snow on the windshield was frozen and took some time for me to clear it by running the vehicle. Vehicle was parked in a way I was not able to go to the backside of it to verify the backside of the vehicle. When I reached my place, I was not able to open the back door because that also frozen and locked. I have struggled for 15 to 20 mins to open the door. Returning process was smooth and the guy at the counter was very friendly.shreekanth M.

I waited for 20 minutes for the staff to find the trailer i booked online. I was told to go to an empty parking lot a few blocks away. Nobody met me there. I had no guidance or instructions on how to hook up or use this auto transport. Very unprofessional. When I came to pickup the 15'' truck that I had a reservation on I was told that my reservation was not in the system and the only truck available was the 10''.WOJCIECH L.
The person who took my order charged me $125 for the deposit as I didn't have a credit card. Wrote down in the system that he only charged me $100. And I lost $25 of money I had to borrow from someone to make this work. I have receipt and bank account proof that this store has stolen money from me. But I do not have a phone to call anyone as its suspended. I was not given my $25 back that was taken from me. And I will NO LONGER BE USING U-HAUL AND WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE HERE.Vincent D.
This was not the location I booked my truck with this is the location you sent me to by text while waiting out front of the location I had confirmed to be renting from this location was a$20 cab fare away on the other side of town and considering you sent the text to notify of the change of location 10 minutes before I was to pick it up and the girl from the location I was originally booked at didn't even tell me I wasn't getting my confirmed truck from that location I ended up not having the full amount of time I had booked it for so over all your service was garbage!!!!!CHRISTOPHERJOHN W.

This place is understaff, so when I went to get the trailer luckily there was a Uhaul manager/supervisor there, he helped me hitching the trailer but when I went to returned the trailer the guy at the location said, I dont know how to remove trailer and I don't know how to do it so I said, i need help on it, he was very busy and aggrevated since under staff.
