Connie JacksonHas nothing to do with location. First problem. 3 days after dropping rental off (on time) started getting emails and texts saying I needed to drop my rental off as agreed. Now getting bills everyday for tolls. Would be better to wait and let all tolls roll in before sending 4 different invoices. Work on accounting side is much needed

I just assumed making a reservation would guarantee what I needed. Happy with Petty's Texaco. Very unsatisfied with with U-Haul.

LavinyaKueenkreo MorelRamirezU-Haul needs to update their after hours customer service, I sat there almost 2 hours, being transferred from department after department, because your customer service line forked my enrollment incorrectly.
Lisa Adamelocation was switched to a place 35 miles away the day before, drove 35 miles to get the truck and appliance dolly, took 2 hours and 3 representatives to get the app to work, finally got the key- didn't fit any trucks, talked to customer service and was told to drive back when the store opened. drove the 70 miles round trip again the next day to have the lady tell us that the truck was out back about a block away through a pasture. we get the truck back to the house only to see there isn't an appliance dolly like we ordered. I call them and the lady's response is that they don't have one. She said I could bring the truck back and only be charged for one day. I told her I wasn't paying for any of it. She said she was going to report it stolen- I said "Go For It!!!!" I went to a sherman texas location and they were out of appliance dollies as well. The purpose of renting the truck was to move our appliances. I was out $200 for having to extend our move day from not getting the truck and another $500 for having to pay movers. Now I'm still being charged for the truck- Completely ridiculous.

Gary StyersThe only issue was the fact that I was told we could return it to any location, after a long drive, unloading and taking it to a different location were told we had to take it to the specified location. It was rush hour and hot so that was annoying but we made it.

Steven Graves24/7 service did not work because the person did not put the keys in the drop box. Called the number to get information the same night and was on hold for 52 minutes. U haul said it would be guaranteed or I get $50 and that did not happen. The person at The u haul pick up also said he would "make it right" when I dropped it off and I still was charged the full amount! Nothing was refunded and not compensated by the company or the service station. Piss poor customer service all around, very dissatisfied!!!
