Easy friendly drop off, even if it wasn't the location I chose.
Karen McClinticPiccirillo’s auto was my 2nd reservation of the day my first reservation was made on 12/27/2022 for pifners auto for pickup on 12/28/22 when we got there for pick up the trailer was in another location covered in snow and frozen to the ground once freed we saw that there was only one ramp the other was missing I towed the trailer back to there office location only to have to travel an other 12 miles to piccirillo’s auto to get another trail there the trailer was clean of all snow and ice and ready to move I was not compensated for my inconvenience and extra travel and feel like I should have been they put me behind schedule by 2 hours by the time it was all said and done I hope after reading this you will compensate me some how thank you
Stephen GrecoThe service man went above and beyond what was required of him. When I dropped the 26' Truck off, because the lights stay on the truck for a minute or two, I locked up and dropped the keys in the U-Haul box. To my dismay, when I turned around the lights were still on, I had left the lights on inside the truck. I informed the U-Haul provider of my mistake, which he promptly took care of, despite being extremely busy and with a smile on his face.
Jerry ShrubbThe owner of the building is very very rude, will not even give you the keys unless you put on a mask to go inside, where he proceeds to not wear one himself. And is very snobby with you the entire time. 100 % will not rent from his location again

Steven John CheneyThis was the 3rd time I rented a U-haul in the last 2 months. Every single reservation was messed up in some way. From driving out of my way to pick up the truck to not having all of the equipment I needed and reserved, it has been a hassle through and through. I am in need of another truck in 2 weeks and I am reconsidering using U-haul due to the severe lack of customer service. I certainly hope that U-haul can improve themselves.

JODI DUNTONI made a reservation to pick up on Saturday, which was the only day I could. I received a phone call and was told I had to be there to pick it up Friday morning at 9:30 because he was closed and was having a friend take care of this. I could not take off work to be there so sent a relative to pick it up which when he arrived was told he could not. So I made arrangements and had to cancel an appointment Friday afternoon/evening I had to pick it up. When I went to get it, the gentlemen who was there was very rude. If I did not need this for Saturday morning I would have told him to keep it and found a different company to rent the car trailer. If he was not going to be open he should not be on the site giving the impression he was. I was not happy with his business practice at all.

Andrew WallaceI used the 1-800 number and preordered a U haul. I preordered a small (less than 18 foot) for 1 way use as I have no one to drive my car back. I gave them the CC# and they called me back an hour later saying they found one reasonably close. When I went to pick it up the next morning, I was told they only had a 26 foot for round trip. I HAD to take it because I was on a schedule ( thats why I preordered). This caused great stress and hardship for me as I am not confident in my ability to drive something so large. I had to drive twice as far also which cost more gas + mileage. Next time I will use Ryder or one of the less known brands.

BENJAMIN THOMAS KnightInform this location that a drop-off will be occurring. We knew where to drop-off, as we have used this location before in 2015, but evidently U-Haul doesn't. We were informed the drop-off was in Johnsonburg. U-Haul needs to get their act together. Piccirillos Auto is a very good location and the people are very nice and helpful.

Nope I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way, Waste my personal gas to get the truck, The person that I talked to in Cranberry dispatch was a complete ass and so rude, I have worked in customer service for many years, Iwas pretty much told if I wanted I would drive to get it. I found the whole experience a complete joke and so unprofessional, These people could plainly simply care less about the customer period. I would seriously suggest finding another company to deal with, The guy I did have to drive to pick the truck up from because they put me in a magor bind, ANyways the guy I got the truck from was great obviously to bad the rest of the company couldn't have been like him,,, Seriously UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT!!!

JOSEPH RODNEY THOMASIt's a good thing I called to confirm the first pickup location I was given. Pistner's auto shop had no plan to give me a trailer. I contacted U-haul and they switched me to Piccirillo who was excellent to deal with.

HOWARD WHITEWe reserved a 26' truck from another location but got a 20' truck. We noticed Piccirillos had a pull behind trailer. We called but were told that it was reserved for Monday. Later that day my husband called back to see if it was possible to use the trailer if we promised to have it back by Sunday. He was told that they were closed and could not help. My husband then called the uhaul number and was able to get permission to use the trailer. Around 11:00 pm that night the man from Piccirillos called my husband and screamed at him saying we screwed over his customer and called my husband a little f***er. I found this highly unacceptable. I have to say that this is the only complaint I have. Everyone else at Uhaul went above and beyond to help us so we didn't have to make multiple trips as it is 4,5 hours one way.
