They were helpful, listened to my concerns. Told me this trailer would be pulled from service until it can checked out and repaired or retired. It's my belief the axles are out of alignment causing the tail whip issue.

Customer service was excellent! I had no issues with the equipment I used, as it was in great condition and did what it was supposed to do in order for me to complete my task. The only thing I'll add is that it would be great if the price could decrease if you use the equipment for an hour or so, or less but other than this, great company and I would definitely do business here again.

So, I made my reservations and picked up the Uhaul on a Friday, but was uncertain if I needed 2 days of rental for Sat. Well, I did need a second day. I knew mileage would not be a huge expense because I only made a round trip from Brundidge to Troy and a few trips from my home to the location of my storage, so I declined the insurance coverage. So once I get my bill this representative charged me 14 a day for coverage. May be small, but I'm asking for this coverage back and I have him on record with me telling him I don't need coverage. So be mindful of the hidden fees.
