Door was locked when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time. Took 10 minutes for the employee to show up.

ZACHARY DDid not honor my U-Haul certificate and charged us for our rental. Had to call in FIVE times to get this sored out. Wouldn't ever go to this location or recommend it to anyone EVER.

BART MThe Truck we rented was AWFUL, the driver side door rattled so loud it was impossible to have a conversation inside the cabin of the truck. A few times I thought the door may even fly open driving down the road as the seal on the door must have been damaged and it sounded like the window was cracked open even though the window was all the way up. Very disappointed for the price I paid the truck was not worth it. Other than that, staff was great and very professional.

Kirk WThey didn't have the truck I originally scheduled so I had to go up a size therefore I had to pay more. I feel like I should have got the bigger truck for the same price as the truck I needed. After I left the facility in the truck I had to turn around because the truck was unsafe to drive. The truck was all over the road. When I got back the guy gave me another truck without redoing the contract. The second truck barely had AC in it.

TOREN UThis location is great. The app to pick up the vehicle is beyond awful and is mandatory for after hours pickup/return. It took an entire hour to verify the driver and picture, waited several minutes to chat, and several more between responses, the app is slow and the interface is not user friendly.
Joshua FStupid system booked my trip in reverse to that of my approved reservation. I booked to go from Leland to Wilmington BUT the system reserved it. I had to pick up in Wilmington and return to Leland. I am upset.

Daniel WPLEASE READ. Your truck share program is disappointing, not the least of which because I was forced to enroll in it given the location change that was imposed on me ... I was left with no choice with only 12 hours notice. I basically felt like I was working for U-Haul for free having to check myself out, do my own inspection, and get the truck ready for the next customer.

Jeff LThe pickup and drop off process is so incredibly tedious. In the app, I was asked to take a photo of my face and my drivers license when I reserved the U-Haul, and then again when I went to pick it up. Once I confirmed I was at the right pickup location, it goes through a rental qualification process? Why is this not done before I actually go to pick it up? That is a waste of time on the day someone is moving. Also, taking pictures of every angle of the truck when returning it is ridiculous. That seems like it's just so that someone who works at U-Haul doesn't have to do the actual work of inspecting the truck themselves. The whole process was extremely irritating on a day that is already stressful.

Misty KWhen I came in to the drop off location I parked the truck with the others. I walked in the store and the guy at the desk asks for my name. I tell him my name and he states never heard of you rather rudely. He asks me to check my reservation drop off location I show him that I am at the correct spot. He says well I don't know anything about this. Give me the keys you'll get a receipt emailed if I figure it out. Maybe a touch of customer service training could go a long way for this gentleman.
