You need something under your sign or out front that shows you are a Uhaul facility as well as storage. I passed it twice because I didn't see the Uhaul trailers parked in the back. That was the only way I knew I was in the right place.DANA L.

Scheduled a 26 foot truck for 9AM in the morning and received a call at 8:30AM that same day, 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick the truck up and was told the truck wasn't available and was told to pick up a smaller 20 foot truck 40 minutes away for the same exact price. Will never rent from U-Haul ever again.Jead S.

I was suppose to drop it off at a different location . Which the guy told me the lot was full. I think I haul should have notified me of this before I drove to that location to drop it off. I think it was poor customer service from u haul. Nothing about this location. They were Friendly and very helpfulJAMES B.

There is a miss charge and I am awaiting the branch to connect the district manager to me. Both the rate and the coverage charges were incorrect on the final bill. The rate was supposed to be $1,99/Mile and ended up $1,19/mile; and I had declined the $14 coverage option, and was charged the $14 option. The lady comment was â€œsorry she couldn't do anything & to have a nice dayâ€. I told her she needed to figure something out and she said she would share my contact information with the uhaul district manager.RANDY F.
