Someone had smoked in the truck so it stunk. Victor was great.

Anthony SDropping off a trailer after hours and without a trailer jack is difficult to do by oneself. Offering trailer jacks to customers would be an excellent opportunity to improve.

Regina RVictor and BJ do an excellent job of taking care of their customers. The U-Haul/Pinnacle Storage facility is clean and organized and very well run. Truck was great and my storage room is super clean and conveniently located.
Walter PI had a good experience overall. Representative was professional and courteous. The truck I had reserved was not returned by customer, the representative gave me a larger truck for the same price. Everything went smooth.

Thomas MI was not offered this location but I chose to go there because it is close to my destination and the people are friendly and accommodating. Why would I drive an extra 12 miles just because you prefer that. What happened to customer preferences.

Annie SThe early "pickup" (8:00 AM) was a mess. I had to wait for the regular hours at 9:00 AM to get the keys for the truck because the U-Haul website "froze" several times.

Shawn MThe in West End did not want to hook the trailer up to my car they said they weren't allowed everything was so rusted they had to get WD-40 and bang on it they couldn't get the hitch attached because the rust we couldn't get the trailer door open because the rest they were not helpful at all they did not hook up the brake lights they told me to go to O'Reilly's and hook up the lights they were not good friendly efficient and I certainly would never refer anyone I liked to that place again
judie jI have a picture of the tire pressure in one tire being 3,3 psi of air. I noticed after we loaded the trailer it looked almost flat. Luckily I have an air compressor but what if I didn't?

Wesley JWhen we arrived the mobile check-in repeatedly told me that I was not in the correct location, however we were standing right at the door of the location. I tried over and over and even restarted my phone. It still gave me an error. Thankfully the employee of the store happened to be arriving early to work (8:15am) and he got us checked out very quickly. If it wasn't for him coming to work 45 min early we would have been sitting out there waiting an hour. Will not use the mobile pick up again.
Laura RThe trailer I was given had broken straps and every time I ask a question the guy kept saying I am just a distributor. we don't do that.
