The pick up location was 45 miles west of original pick up area. Not happy with the swap in pick up location. The gentleman who provided the pick up service was fantastic. Had act together and got me on the road quickly. Merci.

I would recommend him to anybody who needed to rent a U-Haul. U-haul NEEDS more people like him because he really seems to care about the people and how my experience was with u-haul. Asked about was there any problem with equipment and how my experience was with it. Seems to be informed and ready to answer any questions that I might of had. All around GREAT GUY.

Eric T.You gave me milige to my location but the location to return the truck was in another town. I had a uhaul 1 mile from my house they had no room. You charged me for more mile for something that you fault.
Robert M.Odometer reading incorrect at check-in. No option to correct at that time. Final mileage showed excessive miles traveled. Store owner, Mr. Pippin helped tremendously with correcting with U haul when I checked out.
