I got stuck picking up my rental at a nasty drive-thru liquor store. Is this the image u-haul wants? At least the guy working was at least nice and helpful.

Christopher HYour system mysteriously charged me for insurance even though I intentionally did not select it. My fault for not catching but I suspect there is some default that makes it happen if the customer is not paying attention.

gregory yThis was a Uhaul experience like I've never experienced before!!! TERRIBLE!! Usually an employee goes out to the truck and makes assessments with you. None of that. When I started the truck the gas light came on telling me "4 miles to E". Once I got the truck home and opened it IT WAS SOOOO DIRTY!!! I had to sweep AND mop the truck before I could start loading my things into it! I feel like all they cared about was taking my money

khadejha CGas was on Empty. Never received equipment supplies that were prepurchase however was still billed for it. Sent pictures of empty truck with no supplies with no response in day of rental. Returned vehicle prior to 24 hr and was billed for 3 days. This place should be shut down for purposeful illegal charges!!!
Todd HWhen I picked up the car it had low air in the front right tire. The gas light was on. The dash was pretty dirty.
Maxwell DFirst off they rented the truck I was supposed to get , I was late but tried to call them the entire day and. No one would answer so I could let them know I was going to be late.....then it took an hour to get the only truck left which was a 26 foot truck! Have you ever drove a 26 foot truck? Not fun. I returned the truck back to the same location while they were still open was told everything was fine. I woke up this morning to fuel charges on my card. I stopped at the gas station right before I took the truck back and made sure gas was the same as I always do but got charged anyway. Good thing I take pictures! So I had to spend 45 mins on the phone with customer service getting it straightened out. I always rent from U-Haul and have never had any issues until now. I would not recommend this location to anyone and quite frankly I'm not sure I will rent from U-Haul again....it's not worth the hassle. Oh I forgot to mention that when I couldn't get the location to answer their phone I called customer service and was told everything was fine he would change my pick up time and it was all good and my truck was still gone when I got there. This also was the first time that they haven't come out and walked around the truck with me pointing out the dings scratches etc. on the truck. This entire experience has made me really leery of ever using your company again and that's sad because I have always used U-Haul.
TONI HI had a very bad time at this place he signed my documents barely made any sense was on the phone with someone and speaking a different language. the guy was making me feel uncomfortable and acted like i had all the time in the world he took pictures of my i.d. On his personal phone added extra fees . Very very sketchy place to go I'm from out of state and this is the last time I'm ever going here or possibly using uhaul
Timothy SAbsolutely fucking terrible. The associate working the store did not check my uhaul in till 5 days later and on top of that, charged me for fuel when I returned it at exactly what it was supposed to be at AND had his verbal confirmation all was good.
Brandon WDrive thru employee had to call his manager and do the transaction over the phone.. I was given no paperwork for the rental and when asked why it was more than quoted all I was told was it all in taxes but still not given any receipt or documentation… after taking my money the kid hands me the keys and said the trucks in the parking lot and I needed to hook up the trailer myself… no customer service at all and would never return to that location for a rental…
Edge SI picked a van but was only given a box truck and the van was to be $.69/mile and I declined the trip insurance. My invoice was for $.99/mile and the insurance was added for an additional $14 on the bill.

Haley SWhen I went to pick up the vehicle, they were slow to find my account. When I started driving the vehicle, the check engine light came on and I had to return to the store to let them know. As I was driving the rental, the vehicle cut-off in the middle of an intersection and I almost had a collision with on-xomibg traffic. When I extended the rental the system allowed me, but then the location called me and told me that I have 30 minutes to unload the truck and return it. Then, when I returned the truck, he let me know that he canceled the reservation with the person and then he proceeded to charge me over $200 for the rental eventhough I only rented the vehicle for one additional day and I had already paid in advance.
Nikita HThe owner is always unreachable and didn't even bother to show up on Saturday morning for anyone to pickup their equipment. The poor lady behind the counter was left to try her best to help us as much as she could. The owner was the only person that could rent the equipment because he wouldn't train anyone else to do so. She called the hub/schedule office to get us taken care of but he should have been there. I wouldn't recommend that location at all.

Bradley SThe passenger side mirror was useless. Luckily I a passenger with me to look for traffics when merging. The passenger side mirror would not stay in place. Every bump caused it to move. This would have been very dangerous if I were driving on the interstate alone.

EILEEN HGive the customer a discount since U-Haul is now using covid as an excuse to make the customer do the majority of the work of checking in, dropping off,, confirming mileage,, cleanliness, etc.
Chad KMy pick up time was 9:30, I did not receive my keys until 10:45, I experienced probably the worst customer service from uhaul and this location than I’ve ever had at any other store or service.

Obiora EI have never in my life spent $191 on any Uhaul. Won't do it again.
LOU FI didn't like that we had to play cash upfront. The truck was bran New and it showed. It was a joy to drive. The place seemed under construation so that is why I rated that a bit low. I am sure once that is all cleaned up it will be much nicer. The owner was very nice to do business with.
