Great services and easy rental. I definitely would recommend
KARINA GThe young lady that was there was patient and ensured I knew what to do because my drop off location was wrong. She couldn't return the truck in her system. She gave me the right number to call for assistance. I was there for at least 45 min. Though I was frustrated with the overall process she was very pleasant. I wouldn't recommend this location as drop off because there is limited space.
APRIL SThis timing for the return did not involve any personnel, but the available parking spot was as fantastic and easy use for drop off with easy to find key return. Thank you for having an open parking space for our rental truck.
Nathan CThe person In ATL where I picked up the truck told me "there's half a tank of gas in the truck so bring it back with half a tank" and had me sign the contract. When I got down the road and pulled into the gas station there was only 1/4 of a tank. I brought it back with 3/8 and explained but I see you still charged me another $10+ for fuel. The check engine light was on the entire time and the truck struggled with hills on I-75. I will never rent from U-Haul again and will make sure all my friends and neighbors hear about my poor experience. David Smith
David SI was billed for gas despite returning the meter to its original position. Additionally, I incurred charges for four extra miles, which were not acknowledged by U-Haul after they changed my pickup location, despite my driving the exact distance. The drop-off point conveniently had a gas station nearby, where I refueled. I urge you to uphold better standards of business integrity.

Paul MThis location will charge you extra!! i just rent rent the truck 1 day but they charge 4 days since they forgot to check out!!! also they charge extra fuel and mile which doesn't make sense!!! I think someone use the truck since they forgot to check out and they change to my bill! You better check out by yourself otherwise the worker right there just charge you extra. Never rent at this location again! Disaster!

Fasil RI brought the truck back on full and submitted a picture to show gas tank and miles. I was charged for a half tank
Sierra SI ordered a Dolly with the truck, however, when I picked up the truck, I was informed that no dolly was available. That caused me quite an inconvenience. Other than that, everything went well.

Lorene EImprove customer service response to errors done by your own employees. Improve employees actually making sure that your reservation is ready when it's time to be picked up. Improve wait times for a representative so that no one has to wait 1 hour or more to get someone on the phone due to employees not having your vehicle available for after hours pick up. Improve finding available vehicles that aren't almost an hour away and further inconveniencing customers. Improve on refunds and reimbursement for these types of issues. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

LEONARD GThe problem with UHaul is that you never actually know where you are going to pick up your equipment. This can be an issue if you don't have transportation. I rented a 10' van and didn't realize until I got it home that it did not have a ramp and I needed a ramp. The location I picked up the equipment was a good location to pick up the equipment from just not where I wanted to go.

ROBERT FStart by not changing the pick up location without telling me. The truck was filthy. I had to clean trash out of it before I could load it. There was some greasy residue left on the floor. Empty cups and trash in the cab.
Mark HOne of the front head lights has blown out and the right mirror and steering wheel could not be adjusted.

GUIRLENE PIts very hard to contact the people working at this location. I have tried to book a truck for over two weeks. no one responded to my email nor returned my phone calls. When I did manage to book one, when I arrived they didnt even have my reservation in the system. Luckily they had two of the trucks that I needed. I have had an experience before where I had a reservation with them and since it wasnt in the system they gave my truck to someone else. Customer service is sub par to say the least.

Donald HI guess the only thing is have more trucks at different locations. The first uhaul place I went to they didn't have any trucks. The 2nd uhaul place I went to they just happened to have 1, the one I used.The employee there said he was surprised that this one was available.if you guys are out of stock when people go to your place they will go to your competition and may never come back.

toni tWhen customer make reservation a head of times 3-4 weeks advance. You should keep the promise the promise reservation. Last minutes you change different location. This isn't right to customer as well as very un professional. When I called talked three different person. Especially, inventory manager at Norcross, said to me that " I don't have it, you can't have here. Go pick other location or cancel whole reservation." What kind sick people working at U Haul as Manager. What a shame on U Haul.

Joseph FApp was horrible. Took 4 attempts to place the order. Picked up in person so no issues there. Took 5 attempts to go through the return process. At the end when instructions on where to put the key came up a pop up asking me to rate the app came up closing this pop up (which was blocking the instructions) also closed the instructions, so was left to guess what to do as it was not possible to bring the instructions back up.
Ian JThe equipment I wanted was not at the original location I had set up, but UHaul called in advanced and confirmed another nearby location (which was Pleasantdale). This worked out just fine as it was very close to the other location. I am glad they called up front.

James MEn route to returning the cargo van, the auto driver's window was lowered to speak with someone. Upon depressing the up/pull lever, the window would not go up to close. FOR 1,5 HOURS in traffic I was wind-whipped on one side of my face and my left eye--which is watering/running profusely as I write. I called Uhaul roadside service to report the vehicle location at UHAUL. Doraville and the need for service. It WOULD be greatly appreciated if customer service would not charge am extra day due to a) the residual affects from the window; AND b) the DOUBLE CHARGE on truck rental the day BEFORE...I was charged twice. Merci.
