App was horrible. Took 4 attempts to place the order. Picked up in person so no issues there. Took 5 attempts to go through the return process. At the end when instructions on where to put the key came up a pop up asking me to rate the app came up closing this pop up (which was blocking the instructions) also closed the instructions, so was left to guess what to do as it was not possible to bring the instructions back up.

The equipment I wanted was not at the original location I had set up, but UHaul called in advanced and confirmed another nearby location (which was Pleasantdale). This worked out just fine as it was very close to the other location. I am glad they called up front.

The app was wrong about the lock combination for picking up the key. The U-Haul employee on site was able to help me.

En route to returning the cargo van, the auto driver's window was lowered to speak with someone. Upon depressing the up/pull lever, the window would not go up to close. FOR 1.5 HOURS in traffic I was wind-whipped on one side of my face and my left eye--which is watering/running profusely as I write. I called Uhaul roadside service to report the vehicle location at UHAUL. Doraville and the need for service. It WOULD be greatly appreciated if customer service would not charge am extra day due to a) the residual affects from the window; AND b) the DOUBLE CHARGE on truck rental the day BEFORE...I was charged twice. Thank you!

Fix your fucking online system. This was the most stressful thing I’ve ever had to endure, and I’ve literally been sent to a mental institution. The fact that it took several people and more than two phones to get anything done was absolutely ludicrous, how you keep a business going is baffling to me. I work Logistics professionally and you need to get your shit together.

The booking experience has been a very frustrating experience for me on three occasions. The majority of the problems exist between the app the site customer service. Having said that, there are other individuals within customer service that although powerless to help me in my situation did hear me out and try to do it they could. My frustration lies and that I had contractors and schedules to maintain And because of flaws in the reservation system and even communication between the app and the site I had to cancel on three occasions. I love the idea of this but the logistics still need to be worked out.

The only problem was that the address listed on the contract to drop off in doraville was wrong. Took me 30 minutes to find the right location. And when calling I was transferred 3 times and all locations were wrong. Finally I found it. Otherwise the overall rating is 100% thank you so much for making my moving experience at ease.. ?? Mrs Herrera.

Bait-and-switch. i made my reservation online and paid online. When my brother went to pick up the truck they cancelled my online payment (although i had an email confirmation) and said i have to pay more in order to get the truck. They would not honor the online prices. Not only would they not honor the prices but my online order had a hand truck and furniture dolly. they charges were higher and did not include these items. Then next night we went to load the car onto the auto trailer....the straps on the left side was short and we could not secure the car to the trailer. They did not inspect the equipment before releasing it. it was 8:30 pm and the other U-Haul locations said they had no resolution.

Reservation indicated a 9 am pick up. This location advertised 9 am opening on website, but store front showed a 10 am opening. Employee did not arrive to open until 10:30. Once paperwork was complete, the initial truck offered was not the size reserved; it was smaller. After discussion and persistence, employee issued a new contract with the correct size truck.
