Everything was great. Convenient location, friendly people and clean well running van.
Robert DHave the app allow access to Photos. We had to stay at the location for more than 30 minutes because there wasn't good phone/internet service at the location, so it took an excessively long time to "return" the Uhaul in system.
FRANCIS LThe trailer was full of ice and snow. They had not cleaned it off. Couldn't see the straps when I finally got it cleaned off where I was to pick up the car. The straps were worn and did not hold for an hour and an and a half drive we had to stop four times to re-tighten all the straps.
Zackery HKeep up on preventative maintenance. Oil changes etc. don't charge so much for returning vehicle with less gas.

Dennis MI chose the option to pick up the rental using truck share 24/7. For some reason, my order came up as picking it up in person. When I logged into the app, it stated that I was using the truck share 24/7 but didn't give me instructions for picking it up or where to find the truck. The app also did not match the instructions that were online. This confused me and made me worry that it wasn't going to be available. That would have been really bad considering everything that I had lined up to make the move happen. Besides that, Pocono Boat House was an awesome place to pick up my rental. The staff was amazing and very friendly. They were able to get me on the road in no time. I also really enjoyed the environment.
Paul SMake sure the vehicle is clean, it smelled like cigars and fish. Seat was not comfortable.

Robert Mit was supposed to be Jimmys the location I kept requesting and have used. the last agent at uhaul screwed up the entire order. I rented uhauls all month & never did I get the locations that I requested. the miles were longer. and the last bill was over $400 - it was the smallest truck that I ordered. something is not right. I wont recommend uhaul after the expenses that I have accumulated. maxed out my credit card had to utilize another one. the quote when I returned the last truck said $230 something - but my receipt & card have over $400 WHAT IS GOING ON? the last person I spoke with at uhaul didnt know what she was doing Ann. she kept being rude with me also, laughing at my accent, the words that I used, racist person

Tracy SThe text link process for returning the car didn't work (unable to locate me, despite trouble shooting). Then the key would not fit into the return box! By sheer luck, someone came by after hours while I was there, and said they knew about the problem too. The return box opening had been partially pried open already, but not enough. Unbelieveable. I won't be going back.

Carl STire had a slow leak and had to be pumped up at pick up on Friday. On Saturday when we were about to start loading the trailer I first had to go out to pump it up again. On Sunday again it was flat.

Alexey CWhile fueling up the battery died due to not maintaining the charging system. My travels were delayed over an hour, having to wait for road side assistance. This type of thing should never happen and needs to be addressed because I'm sure this has happened before. Very disappointing and would reconsider using uhaul again.

Peter QU-Haul moved my pickup location at the last minute to a location 15 miles away. The customer service at Michael's Boat House was very lacking. I received more helpful service from the customer service woman at the Effort U-Haul location. Although out of the way a bit, I will make the sacrifice & use that location next time. Good customer service goes a long way.
Antti ANo issues again as this being the 2nd time in a couple of weeks my family needed a truck to move stuff. The facility we got the vehicle from , the staff was friendly and helpful.

Chris LCall the truck was not clean windshield washer fluid need to be filled and was already need a Oil change not only that immediately when I went to put gas in it I was having trouble putting gas in it the gas tank was nozzle was broken so you could not get gas in it at all I called and told the girl to play she gave me some sad story it’s a brand new truck you like the third person that rented it was the first time but you bring it back get it fix what’s up that didn’t fix me messing around with it for 510 minutes putting gas in it every time unacceptable there was commercial material in the bed the inside of the truck was filthy dirty food wrappers everywhere just totally unhappy with the way the truck was given to me dirty inside out truck ran pretty much beautiful when you could get gas in it

Joseph FHad to drive 98 miles out of our way to pick up this truck. It cost us at least a 1/2 usage + the expense of driving our vehicle to pick up the truck. We had made our reservations weeks in advance. No excuse for not having the equipment where we specified. Horrible logistics on the part of U-Haul. NEVER AGAIN! Worse move ever.
