It may be a business for what he has going on there, but the U-Haul department is an office in the back room. You don't get to see anything what transaction it's going through you have no idea how much you're paying till after you have left the store.

Trailer didn't have a ramp to load/unload.
Alfred FWe told the man in charge what location we needed three times and he still put in the wrong drop off location. We were also not happy that the 4x8 trailer was just as expensive as the 6x12 for a one way trip. Absolutely ridiculous to spend almost $700 for the smallest trailer. For these reasons we will not go back to this location.
Bruce BFocus on the customer at hand. Instead of talking to people who are around the counter and your family and different people that are coming in and doing different things and putting them in front of your clients that are there to rent a U-Haul vehicle. Merci.

RICHARD WClose to soon (4:00pm) so I could not drop off early to get money back. Did not feel safe as single female by myself there so after I saw where it was I took friends with me. Had to wait more then 15 minutes from him to stop talking with his friends before he was even help to get me to do the paperwork. Will not use from that place again

Sarah MI dropped off my rental at 12:11, the contact was not there, but someone else was there, he called him and let me dropped off. But later I got a new bill, it shows I dropped off at 3:20pm, and charged me one more day's rent.

Over all A 2 if not a big 0 !
Alex CThe salesman had a very nasty workshop place did not hook up the equipment/trailer correctly did not connect brake controller wire did not put pin in ball coupler I'm very lucky I did not lose the trailer completely on the road hour and a half into my trip I pulled over at gas station did he walk around check and realize all these things were not done at all and missing pin so I use a nail and duct tape to make sure the coupler will not come off down bouncy roads and I connected brake controller properly it's a good thing I tow for a living especially with a camper I know what to look for,....... Never again 廊
Cameron POn mobile pick up , when checking -in bill customer on credit card at that time automatically. So pu and drop are completely no inside contact atbthe location. The driver assigned pu, mobile check- in and Go. This would make it smoother.
James SThe guy who "helped" me had no idea what he's doing, couldn't even help attach or detach the trailer. Before pictures were not accurate and he Didn't even check the trailer when we dropped it off.. and after dropping my rental off he's putting all the new rentals under my name and number when they are in fact not mine at all. Will never return to this location.

joe mThe individual who helped us at the location (presumably the owner) went 'above and beyond' to help us. We had made the arrangements through u-haul's central booking, but u-haul failed to adequately arrange with the location. The good news is the on-site individual helped us get our equipment after store hours and saved me, my wife, and 6 children in our difficult moment. Moreover, he did not seem to mind the inconvinience. Overall, he helped us out tremendously and I would recommend this location to everyone.

Kevin MI got the vehicle empty or the gauge (E) the agent notified, the same vehicle was used by the agent to transport appliances prior (said by agent). The agent defraud me with 1/2 tank of gas, claims that the U_HAUL COMPUTER GENERATED the error. The agent treat me $60 so charge if not I have to 1/2 tank while he noticed the vehicle was empty I took it. I need $40 back worth of 1/2 tank of gas. Roxanna RThe guy was very rude. Gave an address to return and put the wrong one. The lady Brandy Carr that help me at 29008 Us Hwy 27 Leesburg was very kind, loyal and help me out a lot. They wanted to charge 300 dollars but she help me out and was not charged. I give 20 stars to her, but the guy in the other location in Winter Haven was very rude.

MICHAEL JI think the proprietor was new. There was certainly confusion with policy and he gave my truck to someone else stating some policy reason that did not exist. Otherwise once corrected he was helpful and I got another truck

HOMERE TGuy was an idiot and was too busy watching/flirting with two sluts who drove up to the next door business and start twirking their asses. Guy couldn't give me a receipt and kept repeating I would get an e-mail. Well, guess what? The idiot didn't bother to check in the equipment and two days after my rental was due back, I started getting messages from Uhaul about not returning my equipment. WHAT? Fortunately, I had taken pictures of the store front and the truck in front of the neighboring business' sign with a date/time stamp. On top of that the equipment was returned three days early and I got no refund. Uhaul has been my brand of choice for all my moves but this has caused me to think not in the future.

Emond DCheck process was longer then I expected. The place was supposed to open at 9:00AM, but owner didn't show up until 9:20AM.
Peter SIt was not the gentlemens fault that the equipment was in such bad shape. U-Haul should at some point repair some of these damages. He was very professional at getting the equipment rented and I appreciated that tremendously. He is a valued asset to your team.

Emond DI needed to change my reservation for a 1-way trip to Utah to a larger trailer. The owner tried to change but put the request in for a 1-day rental. Then told me "not to worry" but I told him no, that he needed to adjust the rental. He didn't know how to do it so called haul. I had to get on the phone and help guide him through the transaction. I will say the folks at haul 800 number were great.
