The guy was very rude. Gave an address to return and put the wrong one. The lady Brandy Carr that help me at 29008 Us Hwy 27 Leesburg was very kind, loyal and help me out a lot. They wanted to charge 300 dollars but she help me out and was not charged. I give 20 stars to her, but the guy in the other location in Winter Haven was very rude.Julio F.

I think the proprietor was new. There was certainly confusion with policy and he gave my truck to someone else stating some policy reason that did not exist. Otherwise once corrected he was helpful and I got another truckStuart H.

Guy was an idiot and was too busy watching/flirting with two sluts who drove up to the next door business and start twirking their asses. Guy couldn't give me a receipt and kept repeating I would get an e-mail. Well, guess what? The idiot didn't bother to check in the equipment and two days after my rental was due back, I started getting messages from Uhaul about not returning my equipment. WHAT? Fortunately, I had taken pictures of the store front and the truck in front of the neighboring business' sign with a date/time stamp. On top of that the equipment was returned three days early and I got no refund. Uhaul has been my brand of choice for all my moves but this has caused me to think not in the future.David W.

It was not the gentlemens fault that the equipment was in such bad shape. U-Haul should at some point repair some of these damages. He was very professional at getting the equipment rented and I appreciated that tremendously. He is a valued asset to your team.WILLIE F.

I needed to change my reservation for a 1-way trip to Utah to a larger trailer. The owner tried to change but put the request in for a 1-day rental. Then told me â€œnot to worryâ€ but I told him no, that he needed to adjust the rental. He didn't know how to do it so called haul. I had to get on the phone and help guide him through the transaction. I will say the folks at haul 800 number were great.Kenneth J.

I do not recommended any person for this location at Polk Appliances Plus LLC in 2604 Avenue V NW, Winter Haven FL 33881. Customer service in this location is real bad, and my experience as a client was horrible. But I will continue rent in others locations, because I like U-Haul rentals. Merci.Edwin A S.
Hi, good afternoon.. When I did my reservation.. I did it for a 10 feet truck with a dolly cart. $19,99 for the truck and $7 for the dolly and also added insurance for $14.99. I was given a 15 feet truck and charged $29,99 and I received no dolly cart. So at least I would like a refund for the $7 for dolly that it was not given to me when I picked up the truck this morning please.. And also I needed up waiting about 40 minutes even though I did the express check in.. can someone please call me at 3055058688.. thanksLuis P.
My original drop off location was no good because the lock box was broken. After speaking with 4 people yesterday and one today that put me on hold until I hung up and you still charged me for extra mileage after I was assured I would not be. Horrible customer service. Horrible!Steven J.

I was able to reserve the truck for 730 pickup. I arrived at 750 and logged in my account and pickup time was changed without notification to 9am. An email notification stating no 730 pickup would have been nice. CThe location attendant needs more training on the mobile checkout process. I thought mobile checkout would have made my checkout quick and easy. I sat in his office well over 45 minutes. My day started late and I did not complete my jobs. I was on hold nearly 20 minutes contacting customer service. Bright spot was having a great CSR. She was helpful and apologetic.Cheryl D.
