ordered online easily got a call to change vehicle and was given same price for bigger vehicle staff was nice everything was explained clearly entire transaction was very quick and convenient.
BROOKE SOnly comment I have is the guy that was doing the set up for me was excellent. Great customer relationship awesome this guy needs to get a pat on the back.

MARCUS HThe people at the location were pleasant. The truck was quite possibly the worst truck I’ve ever rented. It absolutely did not meet my expectations and should not have been aloud to be sent out on the road with a customer. The back passenger side outside tire had dry rot and a fast leak. Had to spend additional money to air the tire back up mid way through my move as I had concerns that it I drove on it, it may either blow out or come completely off the bead. The vehicle was very muddy on the outside and dirty on the inside. The door weather stripping literally fell off and hit me while in the drivers seat while driving. This could have caused a very seriously dangerous situation for myself and others on the road had I been going very fast. The storage area was absolutely not water proof or water resistant. Much of my stuff is soaked to include legal paperwork which will cost me more money to replace. Beds were soaked. Tables were soaked. Some of the items were soaked so bad it caused damage to them. If this is how UHaul maintains their vehicles, I will be going else where the next time I need a rental. I have typically had good luck with UHaul. Definitely not this time however.

SCOTT VIt’s probably my fault for not checking first but once I arrived at home to load the U-Haul, I really struggled to open the door of the trailer (6x12). I eventually had to just push up on the metal in the upper left hand corner of the sliding door to get it up. Also the inside was fairly sandy. However, the gentleman that helped me when I arrived at this u-haul location to check out the trailer was SO helpful and friendly. I don’t remember catching his name, but he like I said, he was very kind. He also even helped me hook up the trailer to my vehicle. Other than the initial statement, it was a pleasant U-Haul experience.

ROBYN WAlthough the truck was “ well maintained,” this was the second time I received it & the little knob on the window handle came off both times (minor annoyance.) I can never submit proof of license plate or take or submit “received condition” images.

SCOTT LIt took us about 40 minutes just to check out. We were on a time crunch too. We got overcharged, called to get 2 things taken off(had an extra dolly and covers) but when we got the keys to the truck and opened it there was no dolly for the one we did want so we had to call back and get that one taken off too. The truck was just above E which may be normal but sucked it was so low. Just a lot is small things that added up unfortunately but it was scheduled on a whim so that was great we could pick it up the next hour. The truck itself was clean and drove well too.
Samantha RMy original pick up agents (A&R Paving in Dallas) were NO SHOWS! And they didn’t even stage a truck for self serve. Polk County Sorage was a life saver in that they extended my drop off time so I wouldn’t be even more stressed out. 👍👍👍👍👍

SHELLI BEquipment was clean and appeared well maintained except for the tires. They looked newer, however upon loading vehicle noticed left tire pressure was low, checked pressure and left tire was a 18 psi. Inflated tires to 35 psi both sides. Could not identify any leaks. Had no other issues with equipment. Someone who does not have experience towing would have loaded their vehicle and not noticed the low tire and suffered a blowout causing damage to their vehicle and an accident. Staff were kind and acted professional on pickup and dropoff. Not sure who is responsible for equipment checks but this could have gone much worse for someone inexperienced.

Due to my husband's work hours, we could not go in, during the week days, had to move stuff in and out only on the weekends. But the people their, are awsome.
