I rented truck had reservation that was not honored, was told even with confirmed reservation they had no assigned truck for me even though lot full with trucks. After 40 mins sent me 30 mins away to unmanned location to pick up available truck. Took 90 mins with Uhaul IT tech to fill out registration and get keys from lock box. Overall lost 3+ hours of my day. Very disappointed with Uhaul. Reservations mean nothing to this company snd not very apologetic. Better to rent a truck from Home Depot etc. customer service void of empathy or helping customers, read off script!! Use to be a household name but has lost me as a customer and will tell all friends and family my ordeal!!!

The person that I spoke to was upset that I. Come with such a big truck and kept repeating several times that he had nothing to do with U Haul. After that and during more than one hour he told U Haul that there was no truck at hi1s location. This was extremely frustrating. I ,returned the truck at about 11,3 AM and I had to wait until 3 PM before they confirmed that the truck had been returned. Best regards Maurice Oujevolk

Accurately state where vehicle number is. Accurately describe exactly where the key is. Readily indicate a 24/7 contact number that is local to this specific location.

Work on handling the user interface.your system caused alot of problems for me yesterday

Store employees said I don't do that. Couldn't get the app to work so left keys in box and had to call and report it was dropped off.

The owner kept calling harassing me about the uhaul I rented & threatened me that he was gonna call law enforcement on me all because I extended the uhaul usage even though I paid my deposit to use the truck. Worst experience of my life.
