Truck was very shaky especially when driving at higher speed on the highway.

Abyot TI made reservations a week ahead of time. No one from U-Haul contacted me to let me know that the location in Clinton, NC were I live, did not have a truck. I had to drive 30 miles from were I live to get a truck. The 26 foot truck I got, made a loud noise while driving, and you felt every bump on the road. I rent a U-Haul truck once a month, and this was the worst driving truck, I have ever rented.

Tim JWaiting on a refund since my one way rental SHOULD of been converted back to an IN TOWN rental. Overcharged about $85. Location couldn't convert it back to in town rental because of U-Haul system.

Danny BThe service was excellent. I had reserved my truck on line so I was on my way in about 10 minutes. The 26' ft. truck I rented, however, needs some front end alignment. It was very difficult to drive. I've had much better driving trucks in the past!

James RThe owner told me when I picked up the truck not to worry about the fuel. He would take care of that. When I returned the truck he charged me $45 for 10 gallon minimum when I could have filled up the truck myself for less than $20. The misleading "I'll take care of it" is the reason I will not be back.

Isaiah PThe wife of the owner was unaware of how to deal with any uhaul. Wasn't able to get ahold of her husband so told me I was on my own. I needed to use the app to turn in on my uhaul. She was very rude and unpleasant about the whole thing.

Alphonsa RWas given a van with cigarette butts and beer bottle caps, check engine light was on and truck kept turning off while driving due to fuel injector problems with In 24 hours. Replacement van was also dirty covered in pine shavings & mud and smelt like a barn. Took photos of it when picked up cause photos online don't match what you're supposed to confirm it looks like. When returned, they tried charging me a cleaning fee and told me to just sweep it all out for them and there would be no charge… horrible experience and uhaul only offered $20 off next rental after I rented a van for a week and dealt with 2 horrible vehicles.

Joann SThe van we rented was super dirty. There was dog hair and dust every where. Also, about 2 miles after driving it the check engine light turned on. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul.

Barry CI rented this equipment with an idea of a 1 way trip the store owner stated the truck had to be returned to his store location. I didn't appreciate having to drive 55 miles back to his store while paying 0,89/mile. That was crazy since there are multiple haul centers within 3 miles of my house.

Jacob HThe truck rear view mirrors would not adjust properly and the controls had the handle taken off so they not be adjusted creating a safety hazard while driving.
