We never received the trolly or blanket covers we paid for. Would like a refund for those.

Jeffery LI reserved a 20 foot truck to pick up at 4pm..I arrived at 4:03. The place was closed. I called customer service. They gave me the combos for the lock box. There were only keys to a 10ft truck. I took it. When I arrived at my storage I realized there was no ramp.i was moving a piano and couches. I was able to move the couches but was not any to move piano. So I will have to react another truck arrange fire help again because I was not given the truck i reserved

Kristy FGetting the truck was a process that unfortunately took an hour of my time. The U-Haul representative who arranged my reservation miscommunicated the store's opening hours. While they suggested the store would open at 8am, it didn't open until 9am. Additionally, despite the availability of a 24-hour pickup service, my reservation was not set up to accommodate this. This resulted in a delay as I was required to contact support to get access to the truck. Also, I experienced technical issues with the U-Haul mobile application. Both the location finder and barcode scanning features were not functioning, I called support and they asked me to return the truck in person inside the store.

Gary PWe rent from this place because it's very convenient, but they never seen to have smaller trucks available. When we rented today we only needed a 10 ft vehicle but all they had was 20 ft. So we had to pay the 20 ft price. There were no other locations close to where we had to go.

This location was several miles away from the original location i reserved from, and we had to drive our vehicle because the car hauler was not available until the next day at noon. that would have delayed us a full day. Causing us to send double in gas. I Also had a 10 % off text, that i was not able to use. this was because the location said they could not make any changes.

Christopher OThe truck appeared clean but smelled of urine. This isn't a reflection on the employees at the pick up location as they did wipe down the vehicle. This is the second time I have rented from uhual and the second time (different truck) that it smelled of urine. The odor was so strong, the windows needed to be open while it was raining. PLEASE provide odor absorbers for the cabs of the trucks and I will continue to rent from uhual.

It's a knife in the back of u-haul and they are failing to recognize that..... hold times on the phone are horrendous to say the least and it's all with efforts to save a dollar...BAD IDEA....I know business and the employees are very important...

ROBERT MEverything was great except the woman behind the counter help me at 20 minutes when I got there 15 minutes early because she wanted to do everything on the computer when I did everything online so I didn't have to come in contact with a person. Especially since I already had a U-Haul account.

Robert STruck was great but the first customer service agent I talked to had no idea what she was doing. She said I could pay for the truck online, I called back to figure out how to do that cause I could not find it online and was told we actually can NOT pay for the truck online. When my dad went to pay, the place does not have a chip reader therfore my dad had to put it on his card.

LAWRENCE NThe equipment was good, very clean box, no issues. The biggest issue is the time to rent and to return. Staff was good, but computer issues. It took forever to complete the computer portion of the rental. Per staff, not unusual, many customers have complained.
DON Byour technology was very impressive for check out and contact. confirming the damage and the milage and gas was very cool. The price of the rental was absolutely insane. $2300 for a rental to Atlanta. I was desperate so I had to do it but no matter how good your technology I would not rent at that price in the future.
KENNETH AMy problem wasn't totally with this location. I had rented a trailer from the Forest Hills location in Rockford. When I arrived they mentioned that the trailer I reserved was not available and that it was now in Poplar Grove, thirteen miles away. Both customer service people at both locations were cold, and unapologetic. I had pre-registered, however, when I got to the location, the software was not working and I had to reenter all my information. The lady Glenda at the Poplar Grove location was a real crab and very unfriendly. Very bad all around experience.

SCOTT WInspect and maintain vehicles when they get returned! I had to waste my time and unload over 4 dozen moving blankets out of the teuck before taking it. Also when I got the truck to my home to load it up the Low oil light came and I had to again waste my time and money to go buy oil to put in the truck, it was over 3 quarts low!!! Uhaul really needs to weed out all there old vehicles. I made a 700 mile trip in a truck that had no cruise control and shook bad the whole way, the mirrors shook so bad I couldn't even make out what was behind me making this very unsafe. I will never use Uhaul again. Yes it was the cheapest out of all of them, but when they let people take the oldest vehicle in the fleet for a cross country move instead of letting them take the newer model that was empty and I'm sure full of oil thays not good customer service.
James WWent to this location because the place in Woodstock, IL where I was to get my truck was closed. Had to drive 30 minutes to Snyders. Put me two hours behind schedule. Snyders is a Pharmacy. The clerk who handled my transaction was new to the process and slow.

Sebastian HYour customer service center sucks. I set up a reservation that was moved 30 mins away while I was in the store trying to do my pick up. Overall I will never use your service or recommend U haul to another living person. The person. I spoke to on the phone was rude and uncaring. Fortunately the person at the store that rents U haul that has 100 % nothing to your company was amazing, thoughtful and kind. Your company is horrible and my family and anyone I can stop from using your service I will try my hardest.

Joseph BKeep your word. We hired you and helpers to help load and unload. The people to help unload never showed up. My 67 year old brother and me (69 year old) had to unload the truck. Thank you very much.
Salvatore ICustomer service at this location was excellent. They went out of their way (providing a U-haul customer service number) so that I could dispute the fuel charge (picked it up with 1/2 tank & returned it with 3/4 tank)
