The truck was dirty

Nothing, Pops was great!!!!! Very nice couple that owns the place..

The big trucks are located a little far from the Office.

I made my reservation online, and it was not good experience. First, when I got to the reserved location at Plantation, they told me it's been changed to Davie location last night....Also at Davie location we found out the truck that I reserved was changed to bigger size and more expensive one for no reasons. But the owner of Pop fleet took care of it nicely , reduced the price to the one originally I reserved. I'm thankful for that.

Great Guy, Very Friendly

They charged me for someone else's bill for $295, when my bill was only $47. They told me that they credited my card, and that it was a mistake, but I have checked my card for the last three days, and the money is not there. I had to call today, and called for 1 hour before they answered the phone. They said they would call me back. I am still waiting for this to be resolved.

Pops was great, very friendly. I will be using this location again.

They made renting easy

I think the person working at the facility should be on time I was suppose to pick up the equipment at 9 am and the employee didn't show up until 9:07 and there was 2 other customers there waiting also. Plus he was not very good at the computer extra training might be a good idea.

Over all the experience was excellent. Mr. Ralph is a professional with great customer service . My reservation was honored . Details of returning the truck clearly specified and Done. I recommend Pops Fleet and I will use them again. No hazzles.

I returned the trailer on Saturday, I had to call them on Monday and tell them that it is not in the system as returned yet. Now I need to call and make sure that I was not charged for another' day. Pain in butt!!!

Advise more clearly about refueling. I was never told.

My original scheduled location was moved to another location and i was not notified. I showed up to the original location and was told they didnt have a trailer for me. I had to scramble and call , wait on hold until someone was able to inform me of the change. Very disappointed i wasnt informed prior.

The text I received with the link to check in the truck after hours did not indicate what the check in process would involved and I unknowingly turned in the keys before clicking the link and discovering that I needed to be able to open and turn on the vehicle. I think the process would be smoother and better if the text included at least a note saying to click the link and complete the check in process before turning in the keys.

The truck was parked elsewhere and I could not pick up using the app. Also the office opens at 9 am but they were not there until 9:30 delaying my move even further. Also the app can never locate me even though I changed my browser so it also made drop off a pain.

Fast n easy

My appointment was to pick up the vehicle at noon Monday 10/21.I arrived the door was locked. I went in side door. The person who does contracts was not there and not due back for a few minutes. He arrived saw that I have the vehicle and a furniture dolly reserved. I used the on line system to upload my license. The vehicle was very dirty with tree debris. we went out to look at the vehicle I asked about tank and he gave me a devise. I asked him how to use it and he realized it was not the key for the correct vehicle. I received another text message. He told me not to worry about it that he knew the condition of the vehicle and I could do it latter. There was a truck blocking my exit for the van and I was now late for my appointment to secure the elevator to move stuff. The clerk went back in and found the right key and gave it to me. I went out and the truck had moved. I thought the furniture dolly was in the vehicle. When I realized I did not have the furniture dolly, I called and asked if they could deliver it. He said no, it was my fault that I forgot it.I returned to pick it up. He gave me an appliance dolly. I was now over 30 minutes late for my elevator appointment. When I went to upload pictures of the vehicle, the link had expired. Upon return POP meet me. He was terrific. I will use them again now that I know I need to plan more time because I liked POP and the location is convenient.

One of the best UHaul experiences I've had. The gentleman who helped up throughout the process was extremely nice, well informed, and efficient. The place allowed for a key drop which came extremely in handy. 10/10 stars

We forgot to check for the dolly ( equipment to assist in taking the load) and there was none in the truck. The truck we rented should have had one. Next time the company should ensure that all the equipments are in place.

Pops fleet and service was very well maintained and very friendly. When I originally looked up the cost of a 15' for 1 day. It was $113 and I clicked the “flexible?” button right beneath it. Changed my drop off location to North palm beach and changed my price to $88. I confirmed that pricing added 6 safety sheets, $14.00 insurance and environmental fee $5.00. The quote ended up being $118.00. When I received the paper work from Pops fleet, the rental charge changed to $109.00. I have a screenshot of the original quote I processed and put my information through, and a screenshot of the $88 “flexible?” pricing. Just wondering why/how the price increased by $21. Otherwise it was very simple and saved me a bunch on moving costs.
