Check in procedure was a bit prolonged because the Uhaul website required QR code instead of just clicking a link and progressing.
William ALet customers know available dates for trucks at time of reservation. Can I choose more than one day & return early for credit? Check in & return was fast & easy. Very helpful & knowledgeable assistance!

john pStaff was great. Truck was clean. My only complaint would be I reserved a 26 foot truck but both were already gone so ended up with a 20 footer. Not a huge deal but was a little bummed about that. Otherwise, no complaints.
Adam ATrailer was in horrible shape, ratchet straps rusted and unfunctionable. Had to figure out my own way to secure after driving 200 miles
JEFFREY BThe moving parts on the dolly trailer I rented all needed to be lubricated. The straps should have been checked as they were wound up incorrectly and we had a hard time unspooling the straps. I feel those should have been inspected and corrected before renting to me.
Joe LI had to buy my own spray lube after asking them to grease the hitch because it was loose and hard to turn and they wouldn't do it. After buying spray lube I was able to tighten up the hitch very easily and when asked about reimbursed they said for what. So no I never them to anyone the trailer almost fell off they didn't job right.
Jessy SThis 6x12 trailer was severely rusted and the employee had much trouble getting it hooked onto my ball. It was a short trip to the south side of the KC Metro and back, and the U-Haul unhooked itself on I-435 on the way back to Kearney...after dark. The safety chains failed and it flung itself into the guardrail. Thank God it didn't cause a pile up. This unit clearly should have been retired, which I'm certain it now is. My issue isn't with Porters, they have served me and my community well. Other than they should speak up and proactively advocate to remove equipment that appears severely worn as this unit was. It was a terrifying experience.

Mike GStart by putting the right amount of gas in the system so people don't get charged double! If you say you see the right amount of gas and you'll fix it, Do So!! After spending over 2 000 bucks at least you could do is put it in the system correctly.

Scot MWent to Chillicothe first for my original reservation and they we unable to get me checked in because of computer/internet problems. Customer service denied me my $50 guarantee. Had to drive an hour to the Kearney location to get a trailer.

Todd HThetvsgouod gave not took more money then was owed to them like charging more for a storage that qas free the first month and was emptied with 3 days left on the grace period my stuff was not I repeat was not in there for 2 months not even a month in a half it was emptied in the right time manner.
Shirley ETail light lens was taped in place by a previous customer. The mounting rivets had broken loose from the fiberglass fender well, which was also fractured. I had to remove the old tape, put the lens back in place, and tape it in place more effectively. However inclement weather degraded my temporary fix which also fell apart by trip's end. The woven restraining straps were frayed. One side was so bad it was nearly impossible to feed the end through the ratchet. I had to cut off the worst of the frayed end and seal all the frayed portions with a lighter to make the strap easier to manipulate. The safety cables were showing significant rust from the plastic sheath having become brittle and breaking away.

I reserved the trailer in Cameron, Mo I rented it for 3 weeks which would have been to November 14 but some in the paperwork iwhen picking it up in Kearny, Mo it was dated to November 8 which I didn't notice until the Price , Utah yard started calling saying it was due. I wasn't very happy about that. I took it back

Tiffany PEmployee left in charge wasn't familiar with the Truck Share 24/7 process causing us frustration and delay. He wouldn't give me the truck key until he reached his boss by phone. Location should have key boxes outside to prevent this.

STUART Fone of the tires was leaking and it blew out near North Platte Nebraska. when i checked the other tires before i left one was 100 psi. the one that blew had less than 10 psi. I aired that one up and adjusted all the others to 60 psi. This trailer should have been checked closer.
Kurt JI had to drive to and from 20 miles to pick up and return uhaul trailer when there was a uhaul location in my home town. I drove a total of 80 miles out of my way, seems a little ridiculous with the way price of gas is now!
GEORGE TDrove 6-1/2 hours to pick up U-Haul and truck was not at location I was told it would be. We Arrived after hours and not way to contact place of business. We had to book hotel and pick up truck the next morning. Cost us an extra 100 for hotel and had to change our moving plans due to this incident. Picked up truck from location next day and place was not very apologetic for their mistake. Completely unacceptable. Asked them to change my drop off location which he specially repeated the address I asked for and after arriving at that location I requested to drop off truck I realized I could not return it there due to that location never being properly changed as asked. Had to drive truck further to drop off at original location. Will never deal with this location in Kearney Mo again!
