Better customer service and make sure truck is ready to be used and not with a lock on it with a code which they didn't even have

Send link for pick up and drop off day prior to pick up…… nothing ever came for drop off. So was going to just leave key where we got it. In bed of uhaul.

YVENEL RI got into a verbal dispute with and agent when I returned the truck to different location. Previously, the rental agent told me that I had to return the truck back to the pick up location. I didn't understand why because that would be extra gas and inconvenient but I agreed. When I picked up the truck. The person told me that I could drop it off at a CLOSER location since I was going one way. Now they want to charge me 250 for dropping it off at another location. I called while dropping it off and appreciate the agents response OR attitude when explaining that, I was told I can drop it off there. I'm looking into legal matters with an attorney because she said she was going to charge me 250 for wrong drop location even though I was told I could drop it off there. She sounded like they were trying to SCAM me for extra money for no reason.

Stephanie FI was charged for tax after it not showing on my invoice when booking on line and had confirmed at another Gresham location when I book on line there is no tax. Was told I needed to call and explain and they said that it had changed and they are required to charge in Multnomah co. Which was not what I was told and was not on my invoice when booking. Now having to wait for someone to call me about refund of the tax. I had also booked many times prior and had not been charged when doing on line and it did not state the had changed, if it had it should of been included on my changes when booking And all employees should be aware of this is truly a change. I live in Clackamas co and would just book closer if that is the case. Will review again after I get a call back to see how the follow up is handled

CARLTON BI noticed some left over pet hair on the top of the dash board that I cleaned off before I started the trip. The interior side of the windshiled had left over dried water vapor that needed to be cleaned later because it was distracting when driving directlry into the sun.

CAROLYN FIt took a bit of work to get the reservation to go through. It is tedious to have to deal with computer issues to complete a transaction. The rental location is not very appealing to the eye or even comfortable. its a shack in a dilabidated lot. I went there purely because it was the only location that had the 10' truck. I would not go there unless absolutely the last resort in the future. I will say the guy who helped me was kind and did succeed completing the transaction against the odds. perhaps you need a better POS system and maybe a solid asphalt lot.

Brian OThey charged me $42 for service and fuel when I returned the truck. They are thieves. I returned the truck clean and with more fuel than when I picked it up. Very unprofessional place. Bunch of kids sitting around smoking. Smelled like Marijuana.

Justin PFor the most part this location was great. Good customer service and an easy process. The one improvement that can be made is to maybe have the gas tanks on a little above E (like 1/8 of a tank) and not starting on E. Depending on the size of the vehicle rented it could cost $20+ just to feel like you'll be okay.
Carlton Bthey didn't have the furniture pads i ordered so i had to go to another u-haul which was very inconvenient
