SILVIA MThe truck had pieces of boxes from a previous customer move and smelt heavily of cigarette smoke. The key drop off box after returning my truck was not where I was told when I picked my rental up at this location! I called frantically after spending so much time after 10 looking around, after being stressed putting in $20 worth of gas not understanding how much exactly to put in, having to complete the amount photos of the truck and parking spot at drop off, then trying to figure out how to obtain the exact miles when there were no directions and I don't drive anything larger than a SUV the setting was on miles per gallon. By time I called, the only positive thing that happened is having my representative Dinia. Not many human beings can speak to people in any scenario. At this point in my life being on disability from work, no income; Dinia presented compassionate, attentive, thoroughly, calming and made my drop off horrible experience better despite the $115 bill. With my experience before Dinia, I wish U-haul management and company had the willingness to give back to those who are struggling and their amount of return procedure entails without realizing woman and/or humans like me in the health care don't drive vehicles like this and there is no further description to find little things like how much gas specifically so I don't get charged more, how to obtain the exact mileage when the setting it on something diff. I don't have the support and Google sucked giving me any answers. Plus there was no drop box for the key so that being told the wrong thing in my state or anyone suffering from mental health and disability and can't work; there should be some understanding and compassion to do for the greater good and not what men in power in America love destroying woman and the less fortunate. Dinia is the only reason I'd use U-Haul again otherwise you lost me as a customer and I've utilized U-Haul a few years ago.

yomekia wPlace is fucking closed on Sunday and does not have any instructions where to drop keys. I am not paying a cent more than what I initially agreed to pay because this place is closed and nobody told me.
Paul GThe price on the website was $19.99, but when I checked out it was $70. So that was not good, but I needed the van so I took it. The customer service from the gentleman who helped me was AMAZING! He is the actual reason why I still took the van despite the wrong quote from the U-Haul website. I know it was not his fault and he didn't work for U-Haul.

SANDY WNothing to improve....truck rental process was smooth and easy. The employee who worked Saturday & Sunday that helped me was great and helpful. I think her name started with an A....wish I could remember but she was very helpful.

Jason HThe location was super convenient for me , but a bit confusing as to where to drop off the equipment. The personnel was understaffed and not so familiar with drop off. However, the personnel went above and beyond the call of duty to serve me, as well as find the answers to the questions and procedures that she did not know.
Sylvia SImprove the communication of the return process. I wasn't aware the office was closed on Sunday and didn't know I was suppose to return the uhaul truck on-line.
