I wasn't aware that the location was at Postal Annex so I got a little lost.

Shirley RI was very happy that last minute I contacted postal annex, Eastlake and Otay lakes road store and reserved the Cargo van. Service was excellent especially owner seems kind n helpful . I definitely recommend friends and family for uhaul needs in the future.

Shirley RDriver floormat was dirty. I selected NO SAFEMOVE, but on the bill they charged me $15. I also drove total of 15 miles but put 2 gallons of gas in truck. They charged me $14 for fuel. I do not know why they overcharged me for both of these things. They have now reimbursed me. I still think my bill is too high but not sure why. Don't like the inaccuracy of this billing system.

CRISTOPHER AWhen I rented the truck I added a furniture dolly and normal box dolly to the order but never received it with the truck.
Kelsey VI got charged a extra 284 today after speaking to customer service about this situation and manager was supposed to call.me . Never got a call. The process to pickup and drop off was so complicated where it shouldn't have been . Horrible sorry ass company

Nester MOnly wish the truck had a ramp and didn't know how many it seated. Definitely only was able to sit 2, not a bench seat.
