Gas leak through punctured hole had me spend way more money on gas then expected and was an extreme inconvenience and left me smelling like fuel the past 2 days.

The woman who attempted to help me was one of the most frustrating humans I've had the displeasure of having to deal with. I reserved online, she insisted I already signed a contract to bring the truck back. She insisted I didn't I set the reservation for one way (which I did). She made me sign a contract to bring it back, wasting time and money on my part. She didn't understand her own contract and couldn't answer any of my questions related to the truck. She was incompetent and lacking in even a modicum of reason or intelligence. The truck was beat up and leaks down the back of both the driver's and passenger's necks when it rained. There was a copious amount of rain during our move. To add insult to injury, the app that U-Haul insisted I download to check in the truck didn't work. In total, I spent an extra 10 hours, drove an unnecessary 300 miles, wasted my fourth of July, and then probably got charged a check in fee because the app is garbage. I need to rent another truck for a small move, but I think I'll just buy a trailer.

Fix the leaking ceiling!!!!!!!!!! Water damaged alot of my boxes and the bottom of my chester. The front desk person kept telling me to leave my key so that whenever some one come to fix it they can get in. I told them call me when the people will come. They stated they could not give them an ETA. That sounded retarded. If you paying someone, they should give you a date and time. I don't trust anyone to be in my unit. For many purposes? I had some very sentimental pieces in there and I didn't need them broken or stolen. So, the whole time of rent going up, the ceiling was leaking and moisture caused mildew. So, I moved my things out on the 3rd. They are talking about I have to pay the whole month. I will pay the 3 days. That unit not worth $374. I have pictures. Customer service. Stink. Train them better.

This lady is a cheat . I had ask for a day rental . She puts fees hours later time and when I returned she double charges on everything. She won't do the return on computer in front of customers but hides it from customer and finish the charges on her phone . She is a fraud . U need to do something

VERY limited parking. Only a couple spots left. Had to squeeze in between a couple other trucks and the parking was very tight. Would also appreciate a confirmation that the unit was received and everything was ok. Never heard a single thing from this location. So I assume everything is ok.

The customer service was terrible. The truck loading door would not open, because paint had been in it. We worked over an hour trying to open it. Finally, after multiple tries and walking away, we were able to open it. It was stuck, costing us wasted time.

I rent the car at 3:00 pm and was returned before 5:00 pm I drove 11 miles but I did not take the picture of the initial miles when I came back to the location the miles showed 30 miles when I drove only 14 miles. In fact I had to pay 30 miles when I used only 14 miles.

I has to rent a 15' and a dolly. The Uhaul was extremely dirty on the inside when I went to pick up and I informed the worker and none even cared. The dolly was supposed to be rented for Friday and Saturday dropped off Sunday. The gentleman said we are closed Sunday do of Monday. I did and found out I was being charged for 3 days not two. The manager lady was not helpful when I tried to explain what her employee told me. This was one of the worst experiences ever from a company who cares about their service. I'll never recommend anyone go to this store and is like to know what can be done to make this issue better after paying full price.

I rented a truck from this location. After taking 1 load to the storage the uhaul broke down on me. I waited 3 hours for help from roadside assistance.The young man arrived and still could not help. The lady from roadside assistance tried to find a replacement truck but it was 30 min from me so i declined. This was a horrible experience. I had to pay for an extra day in the house i was moving from because I couldn't get out in time. This was such a huge inconvenience and no one from this location has reached out to me to apologize or even offer a refund since i could not even use the truck.

We were expected a U-haul Store and the store front location had no signage indicating U-haul. The postal store was not even occupied at 9am and the worker who opened the store arrived late.

My original location (iStorage N Fry Katy, Texas) did not have my truck after it was guaranteed to me. The store opened 30 minutes late causing a delay in my pick-up, only to say they didn't have the truck I needed. I'm glad Postal Xpress was nearby and ready to help me. Very professional and helpful.

I found the key drop off by the grace of God alone who the hell puts a tiny orange key box in the small alley behind their building that no one drives past. Also the instructions said it would be at the entrance not in the alley where Batmans parents were killed..

The truck was dirty. They didn't have the furniture blankets we requested when we ordered. The kid gave us the wrong code and we had to stand in line again for him to come out and figure out he didn't give us the right code. The truck also made a tapping sound that bothered me. I took it to another location (a real uhaul dealer) for them to listen to. It would have been a major deal to try to find another truck so I could turn it in. I ended up using the original dirty tapping truck and made it to my destination.

Postal Xpress ripped us off on return of the truck. I keep calling U-haul about this issue but just sit on hold. I rent from U-Haul all the time. Look at my passed rentals. Never have we ever been charged this much. Not happy at all. Probably going to fire U-Haul and go back to Enterprise.

Everything was great but at the end wen I returned it I didn't check the gas wen I got it that was half a tank and the computer said full tank so they charmed $45 more.. not cool..I should of Chechk before leaving

The location conducts a very unsafe work environment when it comes to protecting customer personal information. I asked the woman to please turn the screen away from all of the other customers when typing in my credit info as well as full name and address. She refused. This was after I was asked to provide assurant references which was insulting. With an 800+ credit score handing over an ID and platinum amex I was treated like a convict to rent a van. Ridiculous.

The woman working with me did not know the system. She gave me the wrong truck. When lock didn't work, she had to call for instructions to switch. I didn't select this location for pick up but was forced here despite my chosen location having the truck I wanted in their lot the whole weekend (I live around the corner from it and moved much of our furniture from our storage room at the preferred location). Also, the combination lock on the truck did not function well. It needed oil or something. My son injured his thumb trying to get it to work. Finally, they did not have the dolly I had requested and wanted. I had to used one that did not work best for what we were moving. And you mislead with your posted pricing. I spent $160 for and in-town, one day move. Ridiculous! We'll go elsewhere from now on.

I called on my cell phone to find nearest U-haul truck. They found one at the poastal xpress 2 for me. When I arrived the person inside said it was all online and told me to follow instructions. This was new to me. There were no stickers on truck to help me get thru process. It took over an hr to get set up and I had to call uhual multiple times because mobile app would not work. I finally got all set up thru website thru internet explorer. The setup process is ridiculous. I understand the concept but all I originally wanted was to walk in pay and get some keys. Not take over an hour and get all angry over the mobile app process. Overall uhual truck and rates are great but the app is terrible. The poastal Xpress 2 location was no help at all and needs a poster hung up outside to verify it's a uhual location and with a basic how too instructional poster. Not to tell someone that it's thru an app that didn't work and I had to call someone anyways to setup. Initial setup from a new customer needs more care or instructions. I would not recommend this service thru an app to anyone else. Very frustrating but I do like the concept. Needs improvement

Drop off location was hard to find, but when I finally did the personnel were extremely nice! Also before dropping off the truck I tried to call customer service, and guess what? No answers again!!! Is there someone answering phone calls? Or do you not even care about that!!!

The service was excellent and the vehicle was clean. However the vehicle maintenance left something to be desired. The steering was very loose and out of alignement. Had to fight it the whole three-hundred and fifty miles plus. Was totally worn out at the end of it.

Have staff who know how to handle Uhaul rentals or who at least take responsibility for figuring things out. Have the equipment contracted for available at the time of pickup i.e. blankets and mattress covers. Be prepared to rent the vehicle at the contracted time.
