Inconsistent hours. Was an odd check in process with me retrieving equipment for them in their back room. No key drop box with the inconsistent hours.

Omar Garciathe manager of the postal annex store, namish, was very helpful, pleasant, and very accommodating. My only issue was the fact that i reserved the van at a location in beaverton and was not notified of the location change until 30 minutes before i was scheduled to pick up my rental. in my opinion, the the van was reserved and confirmed at one location, the reservation should not be changed. if it is going to be changed, more advanced notice would be appreciated. thank you.
Peter-Jon ChinRep went against my online setup. Forced on policies after I left. Got upset that three people came in at once and just threw a key at me. And had I not taken pics of the odometer was charged for Miles I didn't drive. And finally even without my signature. Took more money out of my account for a second time.
Justin WoolridgeThe van I rented was not ready for me. They made me go to another location. UHaul's "Reservation Guarantee" is bunk. The attendant told me no one gets reimbursed. My requests in to UHaul have gone unanswered.

James UlatowskiCleaning the vans after it has been used and before someone else uses it would be a huge improvement. Adding better instructions like what store to walk into to grab the keys and where to leave the keys after hours with the code needed to place them in the lock box. This was my first time using this service and i will never use it again.
Clarybell PazI never received a receipt upon drop off. When I printed my receipt online I noticed I was charged for 8 gallons of fuel even though I returned it with more fuel than I picked it up with. The fuel guage on the receipt showed that I returned it with 5/8 of a tank even though I returned it full of gas. (I filled the tank 3 blocks from the drop off)

Dale ThomasThe website defaulted to a pick up time of 9:30pm. Why? your stores are not even open at this time. Thus, when I went to pick up they did not have my reservation. I have rented at the Rt 99, Tigard location several times and this is the first time I was moved across the street to a postal store. This was not obvious at the time of registration. Also, it is very rude to make customers wait who have made a reservation while phone in people tie up the agent's time. This happens every time I try to pick up a vehicle at the Rt 99 location. What is the point of booking on line to try to save time??? VERY IRRITATING

Kristopher McGowanRight across the street from a large Uhaul facility which caused us much confusion on pickup and affected our daily timeline. This location should work to ensure customers don't go to the wrong location. Even of your following navigation, when your told your approaching your destination and you see a large Uhaul sign, and large Uhaul building and Uhaul storage facility you turn in there. The actual place is across the street in a strip mall with no visible Uhaul signage.
