The person that did my paperwork when I was getting a rental was very detailed very friendly wouldn’t want to rent for me to where else.

When we arrived the owner was really strange we did everything online but when we got there we pulled up next to the truck started the online checkin and he kept like walking around the lot never asked us anything just watched us my husband was walking the dog in the grass near by and finally my husband was like hi everything ok he had a attitude and I replied we were checking in on the app he sags we don't do that stupid stuff here try coming in and being a person next time then asked for everyone's name like im renting it but yes looks at my husband and says who the hell are you we tried to just be patient knowing we had a time crunch I informed him i needed and extra day and told him i was supposed to get a discount for driving the truck to return it 45miles out of my way he ran my card and i was charged almost $300 for two days 40 of my own miles and when i asked him about he he said do u want it or not so we took the keys and left we will move then return and call about this it was a horrible experience, making the move even more stressful when return of the truck we had to do it by app because the place that they wanted us to take it. No one was there on my app. It told me to return on the 18th I returned it on the 17th and got charged for keeping it, it was a mess

ina gThis has nothing to do with the place I picked up the truck at. But, to have a truck at the first location at where is had a reservation at. They did not have a truck for me there, so I had to drive 45 mins 1 way to another town because that was the only place that had a truck available. So 1 1/2 hours later plus extra gas, and had to move around my loader help because of all the extra time it took to get the rental truck.
Chris HThis location was very nice and personnel helpful. I do have a note for corporate. I booked the trailer in Longview 5 days prior to pickup,however get a call 20 minutes before scheduled pickup time that none were available. I do not think it is acceptable to give someone 20 minutes notice. I had movers lined up and it further delayed our move to McKinney. This added cost and valuable time to a move. As we drove from ft worth I could have picked it up anyway without delay if given more warning

Jerry GAt 10:00 business was not open and upon arrival was told I was 2 - 2,5 hours early! I said no reservation was for 10:00 and he said no so I told him I had paperwork as proof he stated he would like to see that. I provided paper with reservation number and time and he said well let me go turn everything on. We wasted time ........... Multiple times renting with Uhaul several times we have run into idiots you use to rent your equipment out!

Susan HFirst time at this location and I didn't expect anyone to be there on a Sunday morning but we were greeted when we dropped off the truck. The uhaul Rep was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Will definitely use this service again!

Drew NThe uhaul app tried to give me another address on loop in Carthage to drop off truck. I did not want to drop off there. The app should give you a choice on location as I could not self return. Please add Pot of Gold drop off to your app.
Cindy IThis uhaul dealer is a bit eccentric. The pick up and drop off were easy enough…. The guy that runs it told us he could have done a better price if we hadn't of booked it online… (on our June 4th rental). He charged us $60 and gave us a larger trailer than we ordered saying that the only one he had had a wiring problem, but he would give it to us for the 4x8 price. Then he gave us a $1 discount. The trailer we rented on return trip on June 16th cost about $29 less for the same size. I'll choose another dealer in Carthage Tx next time.

Damon BDuring our travels, it rained, and there was a leak in the U-Haul. Our mattress, multiple boxes, and other items were soaking wet when we unloaded them. I have tried to contact the General Manager in Lubbock, but I have not heard anything. Overall, I was not satisfied with the leak in the U-Hual. If there is anything that could be done (refund, discount, etc.) we would appreciate it. Merci.
AUSTIN DThis uhaul location went above and beyond everything I would expect. I had a double front tire blowout on my jeep being towed by motorhome. The owner brought me a car dolly, a hitch bar and ball and helped me load jeep. Unbelievable service you dont see much anymore. Felt more like a friend helping a friend than a business.

Younda DThe last two trucks I have rented from different areas both smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. I traveled 1300 miles both times and it was almost unbearable with the migraine headache the smell caused. Other than that trucks were clean and ran well.

Sue GMark was fantastic. The trailer was ready and clean. Mark had a great attitude and was very helpful in connecting the trailer to my truck. He checked everything to make sure all the lights worked and all the chains were properly connected. He knows his job and knows what to do and keeps a positive attitude. Fantastic man and a strong hand shake. I would recommend anybody use him to rent a u haul from.

I will rent again in few days
