The return location was picked for us but nobody was there even though 3 other locations in the same town were open. We were asked to use our mobile device to checkin/ return but we couldn't get it to work on my phone where I installed the app- the reservation wasn't showing in the app so I could not hit â€œreturn truck â€œ. when I went to the U-Haul website, it auto logged me in and wouldn't allow me the option to add the confirmation number because I had an account but no reservations. We were able to work around the issue by using another persons phone which did not have the app installed and add the reservation. The person we called for help was supportive but not able to resolve the issue, she said she would leave a comment in notes so we wouldn't get charged for not checking out. We figured out work around of using other phone after we hung up.Frances G.

I was a bit agitated with the first location, Old Farm Rd Self Storage. My pickup appointment was at 2:40 PM, but when I arrived there was a note on the door stating that the company was on lunch till 3:15. Therefore, I had to schedule a pickup at a new location, which put me further behind schedule. I was told that I was going to be reimbursed the reservation guarante fee but that still has yet to be seen. The second location, Pridgen, was great. They were there within the time frame they gave us and helped us a lot. Thank you Pridgen.nate C.
