It was easy to make the reservation & then when it was time to get the truck...it was very easy, online pick up & go...no lines or other customers to deal with, everything was very easy to do!! I like efficiency!!

The app did not tell me that I had to call to complete the pickup process. Other than that it was a pretty smooth and simple.
Cindy PLittle upset they charged me seven dollars and change for 2 gallons of gas. I took a picture of the gas gauge when I picked it up and when I brought it back and it was in the exact same place, I have pictures told them about it and they still charge me that I do not think is fair. It's not about the money. I rented from here many times.
JOSEPH CMy only drawback with this rental was the charges that were held on my card..there were 3 separate charges that were in noway near what my final charge was and then the 3 to 5 business days to have funds released back to my account.

DAVID PThe truck it's self was clean but as we drove into the night and on a very dark long road w/ on coming traffic I realized how dirty the windows were on the inside. I literally couldn't see anything there was no where to pull off and try and clean the window and to top it off it started to rain! If you've ever driven to the FL keys you know the long stretch of road going into the keys.....well that's where I was & I was extremely nervous due to not being able to see out the front window!!! Beth at the rental company was great and I woukd recommend her to anyone but make sure the inside window is clean......
DAWN BIt's an unmanned location with the person on the phone operating multiple locations. Checking in was a royal pain because the person wouldn't answer the phone once i finally found the sign with the number on it to call. The ratchets on the car dolly were almost seized and had to lubricate them to get them to even work. Unmanned locations should not be allowed!
ADAM OThe Tyre pressure was low. It needs extra time and effort to make it usable. It should be properly maintained before renting it.

Douglas SWe didn't know this was an unmanned picked place, which was annoying to have to complete the rental over the phone. Most annoying was there were none of the moving pads I had requested available at all, zero and had to buy a load, at great expense, rather than just rent them from uhaul…anyone want to buy 3 dozen moving pads I don't need anymore?!
Edward MI had arranged a 7:30am pick up. I spoke at length with choice U-HAUL who I have used before. I explained that I was paying workers and I had to have the truck at 7:30 AM. The workers are meeting me at the house at 8 AM. I realized that I before that I had yet to get the instructions sent to me on picking up. The whole center was closed so I assumed I would get them in the morning. In the morning they still were not updated. I tried to contact them by text message on my phone unsuccessfully. And then contacted Uhaul And got a hold of a department that said it was not their department and sent me to another person. After an extensive hold and we leaving to go back and meet the people that were going to meet me at the house at 8 AM so that they would not leave. I was able to speak to someone who said she could help me, but I would have to go back to the U-Haul area where the trucks were. I left my house again and went back to the U-Haul place leaving the workers there and begging them not to leave. She was able to get me a truck, but it was approximately 8:30-8:45 By the time I was able to leave. That hour cost me $75 for NOTHING happening at my house! We have a long-distance move coming up, and I will not use U-Haul for this purpose.
tracy pFor me, it was out of the way for me to come and pick it up. I have rented many U-Haul trailers in the past, and this was by far the most difficult to get. The people who I rented from took way too long to expedite the transfer of the trailer in my opinion. I will more than likely rent one again and hope that I can get it @ the place I reserved it at. I will say that the gentleman in Chambersburg was very helpful in dis-connecting the trailer for me in a timely manner. Tom Robertson
Tom RWe had an issue with initial truck with a blown tire that we noticed before leaving the facility but they switched us to a new truck other than that no complaints at all. Just as FYI everything is over the phone in this location!

Bill SI brought the truck back at 12:55 p. m. I got a text many hours asking "IF" I was done with the truck. We filled it up with gas (in the gas station next door) & had it back 5 min. early. Now I see another charge on my acct. for Another $37?? WHY? I gave $180 up front. Nobody goes in that office (Dead tiny shopping place-also All closed) & I want to know why it cost me more $$.
