Pickup at the location was okay - WHAT WAS TERRIBLE was - I got a phone call just 3 days before rental because the place i had reserved a trailer at over 3 weeks prior didn't have one available! What's the point of reserving at a specific location if it doesn't secure trailer availability?? WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED and Inconvenienced

The U-Haul attendant had to be called, he wasn't at the facility. The 2 attendants at the store were foreign and had some trouble with the English language. The vehicle I rented needed air in the tires, and needs service. This facility is not up to the normal U-Haul standard of attentiveness, cleanliness and customer support

I reserved AND put in my credit card the night before for a 6x12' trailer. The TOTAL was $95.00. When my brother picked up the next day, Prime Corner ADDED insurance making it $132.00 which I did not have. When I called and asked about a refund, he refused saying “he signed the paperwork”. I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and did not have any more money because I had to move for surgery and recovery. So, he has now put my account in overdraft and cost me even more money.

My drop off time was 0900 hours on Sunday. We arrived at the drop site at 0830 and the individual 0830 there started yelling at me he did work for U Hal and would not help me, told me that the sign out front listed the times. I put the key in the box, he was now yelling that I would PAY.

I loved that everything could be done online. At the location they ensured that all lights were working on the trailer before I left and the trailer was safely connected to my Jeep. After a quick online check in, it was a painless transaction. I love that they put safety first and make sure all lights are working and connection is secure. Thanks so much! My refund was also put through the following business day with receipt emailed to me. Very pleased. Thanks!

It would be nice if customers weren't lectured or reprimanded for reserving a truck at a location that didn't end up being the pick up location since apparently only the reserving location gets the commission if you reserve a truck online. I learned this after being scolded by not just one, but two, UHaul reps when I went to pick up the truck I reserved. I reserved a truck closest to where I was moving from but apparently trucks aren't kept there so I was bumped to a farther location. Therefore it might also be helpful for the next customer to know if a truck is not at the location when they reserve it. And if they do have to drive across town to pick up the truck, they definitely shouldn't be reprimanded because the pickup location won't get commission but has to go through the hassle of renting the truck. Penske for me moving forward due to this!

This is a father and son ran business. Father is extremely rude! My husband told him he didn't have to be rude to me. The guy got upset too. I made reservations days in advance with the son and paid for truck rental. I told him pick up would be 8:30 am. He put 11 on reservation. I went at 8:30 like I told him. The father was working and told us they don't start til 9:00 am. He called his son in to handle the rental. My husband and the father exchanged words about his rudeness and the wait. The father told us we didn't have to rent the truck. This was all uncalled for and we had to wait for the son to come take care of us. I personally think UHaul should remove their rental business out of that place! The son was very nice. But if people have to wait to do the business around the son's schedule, that is not good business. I don't like confrontation and just told the father we were kind of in a hurry as we had family waiting on us outside to help and I didn't deserve being treated that way. We will not return ever to do business there!

Suppose to pickup at a location close to us ended up having to drive out of the way to pick up a truck. Truck was outdated some functions didnt even work in the truck such as the lighting inside. Truck shook really really bad while driving.

Have someone at the store that is familiar with the process. The person at the store wasnt sure what information to get. They took another credit card number, even though we had already given to the customer service rep.

Older guy states his son did the uhaul even though it was after opening hours. Wanted to tell me how I was going to be charged fuel and miles, even though, I had just fueled it at his convienence store. This was because the location I picked up at could not color with the highlighter he used to mark the fuel and the man at drop off not wanting to read 1/2 tank, he was trying to go by where the line was and got very defensive when I attempted to explain. Won't be going to his store again even if I am completely out of gas, will walk miles to get to another. What a jerk.

Truck needs to be taken out of service until front end is repaired. Brakes are soft. Require uhaul representative to be on site at rental location. Had to perform rental transaction over phone. Would have preferred to have total amount and receipt before leaving location after returning truck.

Other locations that I have rented with have always helped to hookup the trailer and verify the lights work properly. This location just had me sign and pointed me to the trailer.

I made reservation for Godley TX. But when I went to pick up the truck, they did not have any. They redirected to Cleburn, approx 20 miles away, and I was able to get a truck. This was disappointing.
